For sale is a Swiss Made Rado Diastar Jubilé ceramic watch with reference number 153.0430.3, presumably dating back to around 2010. The watch features a curved rectangular case measuring 18.5 by 22mm, with a curved sapphire crystal covering the entire face of the watch. The dial comes in a silver colour with subtle grainy finish and diamond indices, on which baton shaped hands indicate the time. Two rows of single cut diamonds can be found on either side of the bezel, totalling approximately 0.19ct.

The original integrated bracelet consists of a combination of polished steel bridges and silver ceramic links, the latter being Rado's signature material. The double folding clasp is crafted from titanium. The crown is original and shows the Rado "Anchor" logo". Inside the case we find a high-quality Swiss Made ETA quartz movement with caliber number 976.001, which is working accurately.

The example sold here has been worn, but is still in decent condition. You will find wear marks on the case and bracelet, most notably some minor chips to the edges of the sapphire crystal. Please study the pictures in this listing well: they show the watch in the condition that it is in, with no digital enhancements to make it look better than it is. We are sure that you like honesty, and so do we. Functionally, the watch has been checked, received a new battery, and is keeping perfect time.

Please do note that the bracelet is currently sized to fit wrists with a maximum circumference of around 14.5cm. Decreasing the size is fairly easily done by removing some links, but to increasing the size past its current maximum of 14.5cm, spare links will have to be sourced online or at a dealership. Freshly serviced and working perfectly: an antique Swiss Made Omega pocket watch. This piece dates back to 1916 based on the movement serial number, and boasts a solid 18k Yellow Gold case which measures 48.5mm in diameter. The watch face features a white enamel dial with black Arabic numerals and rose gold tone Louis XVI style hands. A sub dial at the 6 O'Clock position counts down the seconds. Considering its age and fragility, the dial is in great condition. No chips or cracks can be found, and all lettering is still sharp and clear.

Inside we find a legendary Swiss Made Omega 19''' movement, which is basically the foundation on which the Omega brand was built. Introduced in 1894 by the company "Louis Brandt & Frère" and dubbed the Omega 19''', this movement would later give its name to the Omega company as a whole in 1903 when Louis Brandt was renamed. A high quality movement with features such as a Breguet overcoil hairspring and a bi-metallic balance wheel with expansion cuts to help compensate for temperature changes.

The pocket watch was lovingly restored with eye for authenticity. Its movement was completely disassembled, cleaned and lubricated, and is now working perfectly for years to come. A brand new and correct "Double Brace & Hole End" mainspring was installed to replace the very tired blue steel mainspring. The case was thoroughly cleaned, but left unpolished to maintain its patina and originality. The hinged case back is fairly thin and has a number of minor dents, as is usually the case. It depicts an ornate emblem or shield on which one would usually find an engraved monogram, but in this case the room for said engraving is still blank. The metal dust cover underneath the case back is decorated with the Omega brand as well as a number of medals, the most recent one dating back to 1914. A brand new plexiglass crystal was fitted. In all, a very well preserved and fully functional piece of Omega history.

This type of ring is called a Tank ring thanks to the Tanks of the Second World War. These tank rings where mostly created during the 40's and 50's and are a perfect example of the retro style. This necklace checks of all the characteristics of the typical retro jewelry, little to no gemstones (because these were more difficult to obtain during and in the beginning after the war) and frequent use of gold. There is always a lot of gold in these jewels, in cheerful and pompous shapes. Goldsmiths showed all the manufacturing possibilities of gold by working and processing them in one jewel in different ways.

This pearl necklace is made out of two popcorn necklaces coming together through a gold hoop. At the end of both chains Two pearls lighten up the necklace. This absolute beauty is in good condition considering its age, although we have have to mention that this necklace had two repairs where the popcorn chain itself touches the gold hoop. These repairs are not that visible when worn because they where at the backside of the necklace, although there is a small colour difference due to the repair.

This retro beauty with two tassel drops is marked with a 750 mark, an Italian Makers mark from Verona from before 1970 and is crafted in 18 ct yellow gold. This necklace really has it all. Said dial is protected by a stunning domed sapphire crystal that flows all the way to the edge of the case, measuring 32.5mm in diameter. The crown is original, and is recessed into the edge of the case. The watch is powered by a Swiss Made ETA 956.412 calibre, a precision quartz movement which is working perfectly.

During the Victorian era, there were a lot of jewels made based on nature’s most wonderful scenes. This beautiful jewel is no different. This Victorian brooch is decorated with a ladybird resting on a shield. This shield is flanked by two small but stunning flowers. In the centre of these silver flowers we find two rose cut diamonds. A rose cut diamond is created to reflect candle light on there big facets. Therefore they give a warmer sparkle than modern cut brilliant diamonds.

The detailing of the ladybird itself is also stunning. The body is made out of a red tourmaline cabochon. Over the centre runs a small line made out of 18K rose gold to create the illusion of two separate wing covers. This 18k rose gold is also used to create the small legs of the ladybird. The upper body and head are made out of silver, this upper body is jewelled with two small rose cut diamonds. And last but not least, the eyes of this exquisite ladybird are two small old cut rubies.

On the side of the little c-clasp on the back, we find an eagle stamp. This hallmark is only used by French goldsmiths and was introduced in 1838. Since the jewel comes from the time when Queen Victoria reigned, we can also state that this brooch was made by hand. And if you ask us it’s made a highly skilled goldsmith since the details are incredibly beautifully finished.
