We are thrilled to show you these magnificent Dutch heirlooms. These small antique earrings are crafted in 18 karat solid yellow gold with a champagne hue. These earrings were most likely crafted at the end of the 19th century around 1880. They were worn by women in some parts of the Netherlands and represent the rich cultural heritage the Netherlands has to offer.

The rose-yellow gold bases are covered with very well detailled orangy-coloured gold flowers holding a small sparkling paste stone. These two flowers with green-coloured leafs are 3D placed on top of the bases. The top of each earring holds a white natural, claw set pearl. This wonderful Art Deco bar brooch stole our hearts the second we laid eyes on it. This antique brooch features three wonderful old European cut diamonds. Which were cut to reflect candle light in the most beautiful ways. Art deco was a popular style movement from the beginning of the 20th century. It was eclectic, art deco is a pastiche of the many different styles that preceded it. It combined previous styles with the new upcoming industrial one which was often contradictory. Traditional motifs were complemented by a tighter look that was influenced by the latest technologies opposed to art nouveau, which was very organic.

Regarding the diamonds, the centre of this lovely brooch is set with a pretty old European cut diamond with an approx weight of 0,17ct. Four rose cut diamonds flan this stone, to be flanked in turn by two single old cut diamonds. These two diamonds have a combined weight of approx. 0,06ct. We love honesty, and therefore like to mention that one of the smaller diamonds is a bit damaged at the top, a part is chipped off, this  is not that visible with the naked eye, yet we prefer to let you know.

The closure is a trombone gasp which was mainly used in Europe from the beginning till the mid-20th century. It’s an improved security on the clasp which was more fragile before. Like all things they kept improving the clasps of brooches. Later that century a new clasp was invented as a result of which this clasp was no longer made. The pin and clasp are working perfectly, not to say very well since the closure is a little stubborn and therefore very sturdy. The brooch itself is made in yellow gold, while the top of the pin is plated with rhodium to give it a white gold look.

We love this brooch because the open work gives this heavy jewel an airy look. The diamonds and geometric design ensure that this jewel is balanced and peaceful but at the same time striking and dazzling. From classic to modern, festive to casual, this antique brooch can be combined with anything.

We are pleased to offer you this stunning solid gold diamond set cross. This marvellous religious pendant is crafted in 18 karat white gold and dipped in platinum to give it an even whiter appearance. It is set with a total of 60 natural diamonds. These diamonds blend in perfectly with the platinum, making them sparkle even more, and making them appear as one large diamond. In the centre we find the largest bezel set diamond with an approximate weight of 0,2 carats. From this old european diamond, four lines covered with twenty four diamonds turn into a cross as a base. An additional thirty five diamonds adorn the cross, giving it a dazzling look.

This pendant can also be worn as a brooch tanks to the trombone closure and pin on the back. This lovely jewel has beautiful open-work parts. These arise because the main arms of the cross are flanked by extra thin lanes that are attached to the centre cross via geometric filigree decoration. The inner corners of the cross are in turn decorated with triangular shapes which are, like the rest of this jewel, set with hand cut diamonds. These triangles provide its extra strong Art Deco look.

This Art deco pendant is most likely crafted around 1920 in Western Europe and holds a total of approximately 1,6 ct diamonds. All diamonds are SI2-P and therefore of bad quality using todays standards, yet we often see this quality used in diamond jewelry from this era. Nevertheless they steal the show and bring class and elegance to this antique pendant. This ravishing cross is a real beauty thanks to its hand cut diamond placed in platinum covert gold, its perfect big size and its elegant and simple shape. We are delighted to introduce you to this French mid 19th century beauty. This bow shaped brooch is set with antique old mine cut diamonds as well as with rose cut diamonds. A dazzling 98 diamonds were set in this brooch to take your breath away. With the larges eleven in the center. An old mine cut diamond with an approx weight of 0,4 carat is encircled with ten rose cut diamonds. These authentic natural diamonds are all set in silver, backed with gold as was typical at this time. They did this because jewellers believed that silver was the only material able to enhance the beauty of diamonds. We have to admit that it is a wonderful combination and a very recognisable style to this early Victorian era. We are thrilled to show you these magnificent Dutch heirlooms. These antique earrings are crafted in 18 karat solid yellow gold with a champagne hue. These earrings were most likely crafted at the end of the 19th century around 1880. They were worn by women in some parts of the Netherlands and represent the rich cultural heritage the Netherlands has to offer.

The rose-yellow gold bases are covered with very well detailled orangy-coloured gold flowers holding a small dot in their center. These two flowers with green-coloured leafs are 3D placed on top of the bases. The top of each earring holds a white natural, claw set pearl. Small dangling pendants at the bottom of the earrings finish the romantic yet playful look. We like to mention that one of the earrings had a little repair done many many years ago as visible in the pictures while the base of the other earring has a little dent. These long earrings are light and therefore the perfect earrings to wear all day long. They will move and swing smoothly while you are walk around to show them off, like they should.

We love these European beauties, which date back to the Victorian era, because they represent everything that was common during this period. We are happy to introduce you to this work of art from the Napoleon III period during the late 19th century, also known as the late Victorian period. We are even happier to let you know that this lovely brooch holds a secret locket compartment. This locket is fully equipped to keep two round pictures safe thanks to their little glasses and decorated gold frames which you can remove in order to place the pictures below the glass. You have to open the locket from the back, it is not very easy to open, so it is not a 'I will look at the pictures daily kind of locket, yet a great way to keep your loved ones close.

This collar brooch is crafted 18 K solid gold and features stunning geometrical decoration. In the center of this beauty, we find a small but bright pinkish ruby. This little gemstone is encircled with black enamel, painted in the shape of a flower. To be encircled in turn by many triangle and diamond shaped engravings. The many small details show how patient they have been in making such a beautiful jewel, purely handmade which still blows our minds.

The brooch is functioning and in good condition considering its age. This antique brooch is equipped with a trombone closure which was first used in the late nineteenth century. This stunning brooch is hallmarked with a French eagle head, on the locket-clasp as well as on its pin.

We love this wonderful example of an Art Nouveau brooch crafted during the late Napoleon III era in France. We love the way the artist united the elegant flowing natural forms with angular contours giving it a strong and magical look. For sale is this lovely romantic diamond set target ring. This rose cut diamond ring is made in 18 karat yellow gold, it is not hallmarked and therefore tested for 18 karat solid gold. Nine rose cut diamonds are placed as a target in this round ring, a larger one in the centre while eight smaller ones encircle this central one. As you can see in the pictures, there is a dark inclusion in the centre of the central rose cut diamond, right in the middle. Who knows, maybe the goldsmith choose this one on purpose to give this ring a little extra detail. We adore this well made antique ring. It is romantic, elegant and is a pleasure to wear.

This wonderful Victorian eagle brooch stole our hearts the second we laid eyes on it. This antique brooch features a wonderful flying eagle and we believe that it is marked with a French horse head, yet it is only a very small part of it that is visible so we can't be 100% sure, we therefore spectro tested it for 18karat gold. This particular hors-head hallmark is a French hallmark that was set in gold jewelry between 1838 and 1919. An antique cut ruby set in the snakes head bings the right amount of colour to the brooch. This brooch is in working condition with a safety hook and pin. This lovely brooch is in very good condition considering its age, it has a little hook at the bottom to attach a small pocket watch or a pendant. On top of that it has a small hoop at the eagles mouth so you can attach a pearl or small charm there.

An Eagle is often the symbol of bravery, it is meant to encourage and inspire people to reaching higher. To push your limits to see what you can do. Eagles should bring a sense of courage and a desire to explore in order to grow.

This type of ring is called a Tank ring thanks to the Tanks of the Second World War. These tank rings where mostly created during the 40's and 50's and are a perfect example of the retro style. They are heavy, voluminous and have often symmetrical forms.

This antique brooch is equipped with a C closure and a longer pin, typical of late nineteenth century, since clothing was fabricated in thicker materials. This type of ring is called a Tank ring thanks to to the Tanks of the Second World War. These tank rings where mostly created during the 40's and 50's and are a perfect example of the retro style. They are heavy, voluminous and have often asymmetrical forms. This gorgeous high society opera lorgnette is crafted out of 18 karat solid yellow gold in France. This lovely detailed throughout attribute is engraved by hand and has a very royal appearance. Like most Victorian jewelry, in the center of this glasses-cover we find a graceful flower that is surrounded by elegant and floral curls. The many details and all the extra small engravings ensure that this large pendant is breathtakingly beautiful.

This Victorian heirloom is marked with French eagle heads and a makers mark AG. The glasses itself are in a very good condition considering their age. There are no big scratches in the glass, only some small cut-outs at the edges of the glass as you can see in the pictures. These folding glasses are provided with a hidden activation lever for the spring-load mechanism, so the glasses pop open once you pressed this release clasp.

This type of accessory were a common sight at the opera and theatre during the 19th century. They were the stylish and royal precursor to modern opera glasses. Freely translate the french word lorgnette means 'to eye furtively' meaning it was used for more than only to see the opera itself. Especially by curios rich ladies in the balconies who, due to etiquette, were not allowed to look behind them to discover who entered their box and with whom this new spectator came to see the opera. Therefor they used these glasses as a secret mirror too, using the glasses reflection. I just tried it and I was amazed by the fact that it worked perfectly.

This wonderful 18 karat solid gold floral brooch comes directly from the Art Nouveau period. Round in shape, this lovely antique brooch represents a beautiful flower bouquet. The brooch itself is a plain round disc with hand-made engravings set with two little stones, a seed pearl and a red non-gemstone form the head of the flowers. Around the disc we see a twisted ribbon forming the outer shape of a flower, while six small pearls ensure this brooch to be elegant and classy. The clasp is a good functioning pin with a c-clasp. Did you know that this pin is longer than modern pins because the fabrics of clothing from this era was much thicker than modern fabrics? This yellow gold brooch is not hallmarked and therefor tested for 18k gold and finds it origin in west-Europe.

We are so delighted to show you these magnificent Dutch heirlooms. These antique earrings are crafted in 18 karat solid yellow, patina champagne-toned gold. These earrings were most likely crafted at the end of the 19th century around 1880. They were worn by women in some parts of the Netherlands and represent the rich cultural heritage the Netherlands has to offer.

The champagne tone bases are covered with very well detailled flowers and leafs. These bases are placed on an oval matt finished earring with petal like halo around it. We like to mention that one of the earrings has two smaller dents on the central over champagne coloured base as visible in the picture.

Two rose cut paste stone and a half pearl set in a claw setting to make the earrings even more unique. These flowers with detailed leafs are 3D placed on top of the bases. These oval earrings are light and therefore the perfect earrings to wear all day long.

We love these European beauties, which date back to the Victorian era, because they represent everything that was common during this period. We adore the elegant shapes and floral forms that are very well created and preserved. These earrings are in great condition, especially considering their age.

For sale is this wonderful Victorian 18 Karat solid yellow gold Jet pendant. The front is decorated with many small and larger pearls set in a star shaped formation. Onyx jewelry were mostly worn in The Grand Victorian Era, between ca. 1861-1880. In this period Queen Victoria lost her beloved King Albert, therefore mourning jewellery became more popular in this period, since widows were expected to wear full mourning for two years. This would mean that they would only wear black clothes, symbolic of spiritual darkness, just like their jewelry. They had to be as black as possible. The bright buttery gold and white half pearls stand out magically against the dark background they shine like a glimmer of hope in the dark night.

This locket pendant is in very good condition considering its age. It holds a glass compartment which can keep a picture, lock of hair or anything flat in place and safe. This wonderful Victorian owl brooch stole our hearts the second we laid eyes on it. This antique brooch features a wonderful owl head with many details making the feathers almost appear to be real. Two antique cut rubies are set in the eyes of the owl which bing the right amount of colour to the brooch. This brooch is in working condition with a safety hook and pin which we believe has been replaced by a newer one by its previous owner. The safety hook has an extra little clip securing the pin itself. This lovely brooch is in very good condition considering its age, yet we like to mention that it has some damage at the top and bottom of the back of the brooch. This is not visible from the front.

For sale is this lovely bulky Rose Cut diamond ring. This Tank ring is made in 18 k Yellow gold and set with two larger rose cut diamonds. This type of ring is called a Tank ring thanks to to the Tanks of the Second World War. These tank rings where mostly created during the 40's and 50's, as is this one, it is a perfect example of the retro style. In the middle between the two large diamonds there is a central vertical line with some additional rose cut diamonds that steal the show. It are eight smaller rose cut diamonds that give the ring some extra sparkle in their white coloured setting. We adore this marvellous ring. It is Bombastic, yet elegant and holds one of our favorite diamonds, rose cuts.

We are happy to introduce you to this work of art from the Napoleon III period during the late 19th century, also known as the late Victorian period. This collar brooch is crafted 18 karat solid gold and features stunning geometrical decoration. In the center of this beauty, we find an old miner cut ruby with a deep red colour. It is encircled with four sparkling rose cut diamonds. Together they for a lovely blooming flower. The base of the brooch is a diamond shaped polished base with little handmade engravings. This geometrical center is encircled with eight petal-shapes set with small pearls and decorated with openwork representing blooming flowers, petals and scrolls. The many small details show how patient they have been in making such a beautiful jewel, purely handmade which still blows our minds.

The brooch is functioning and in good condition considering its age. This antique brooch is equipped with a C closure and a long pin typical of late nineteenth century, since clothing was fabricated in thicker materials. This light stunning brooch is hallmarked with a French eagle head mark.

We love this wonderful example of an Napoleon III era brooch. We love the way the artist united the elegant flowing natural forms with angular contours giving it a strong and magical look. We love its high and rich carat, the colour tones and of course its wonderful design.

This protecting medallion is crafted in 18 ct gold, has a bright and warm look and is marked with a very rare French horse head hallmark. This particular hors-head hallmark is a French hallmark that was set in gold jewelry between 1838 and 1919. Meaning that this pendant is dating back to the French Napoleon III period during English Queen Victoria's reign.

The maker of this charm was a true artist, we are blown away by the beauty and detail of this charm. He chose a star burst background to give it a stronger appearance. The back of this charm is engraved with the initials 'G G'.

For sale is this twisted lovers-knot style ring. This tourbullion Tank ring is made in 18 k rose gold and marked with a faded French eagle head mark. We also tested it with our spectro to make sure that it is 18k solid gold. This type of ring is called a Tank ring thanks to to the Tanks of the Second World War. These tank rings where mostly created during the 40's and 50's and are a perfect example of the retro style. They are heavy, voluminous and have often asymmetrical forms. A central white disc is set with twelve lovely old cut diamond that steal the show. We adore this marvellous ring. It is Bombastic, yet elegant and holds one of our favorite gems, diamonds.
