This type of ring is called a Tank ring thanks to to the Tanks of the Second World War. These tank rings where mostly created during the 40's and 50's and are a perfect example of the retro style.

A central diamonds steal the show, though it has a natural feather/crack in its center. This lovely stone is flanked by two lines of carré cut rubies. Two gold bow-like side shapes give the ring some extra volume.

We are happy to introduce you to this work of art from the Napoleon III period during the late 19th century, also known as the late Victorian period. We are even happier to let you know that this lovely brooch holds a secret locket compartment. This locket is fully equipped to keep two round pictures safe thanks to their little glasses and decorated gold frames which you can remove in order to place the pictures below the glass. You have to open the locket from the back, it is not very easy to open, so it is not a 'I will look at the pictures daily kind of locket, yet a great way to keep your loved ones close.

This collar brooch is crafted 18 K solid gold and features stunning geometrical decoration. In the center of this beauty, we find a small but bright pinkish ruby. This little gemstone is encircled with black enamel, painted in the shape of a flower. To be encircled in turn by many triangle and diamond shaped engravings. The many small details show how patient they have been in making such a beautiful jewel, purely handmade which still blows our minds.

The brooch is functioning and in good condition considering its age. This antique brooch is equipped with a trombone closure which was first used in the late nineteenth century. This stunning brooch is hallmarked with a French eagle head, on the locket-clasp as well as on its pin.

One of them is the original one in gold, the other screw has been replaced by its previous owner for a black one.) These pink gemstones are flanked by many single cut diamonds. These diamonds are all set in platinum. They ensure the correct amount of 'sparkle' in their white coloured setting. This wonderful ring is set with a total of 28 natural diamonds that combine for a total weight of approximately 0,8 ct.

For sale is antique rose gold ring which stole our hearts the minute we laid eyes on her. This marvellous floral ring is made in 18K rose gold and set with little but romantic rose cut diamonds. These diamonds where set in the shape of a flower with eight petals. The ring is in ok condition, but not the best. The central blue sapphire is chipped and one of the diamonds has been reset. But this beauty is authentic and old and that makes that we absolutely adore it. This ring is most likely crafted around 1890 in Belgium during English Queen Victoria's reign. There are some traces of wear because of its age and the fact that this ring is a beauty which is most likely loved a lot by its previous owners. These earrings were most likely crafted at the end of the 19th century or the early 1900's in Belgium, they don't carry a hallmark, but were tested for 18 karat solid gold.

These lovely earrings where made when Queen Victoria was the ruler of the United Kingdom. Queen Victoria was an influential person. The plain bases function as some kind of canvas around a very well detailled 3D flower set with a total of fourteen little turquoise cabochons. The top of each earring holds a smaller floral set turquoise above some delicate scrolls. the fact that the earrings were made out of two parts, which makes them able to swing around, giving the earrings an even more joyful look. These longer earrings are not heavy and therefore the perfect earrings to wear all day long. They will move and swing smoothly while you are walk around to show them off, like they should be shown off.

We love these European beauties, which date back to the Victorian era, because they represent everything that was common during this period. This type of ring is called a Tank ring thanks to to the Tanks of the Second World War. These tank rings where mostly created during the 40's and 50's, as is this one, it is a perfect example of the retro style. In the middle between the two large diamonds there is a central vertical line with some additional rose cut diamonds that steal the show. It are eight smaller rose cut diamonds that give the ring some extra sparkle in their white coloured setting. We adore this marvellous ring. We are delighted to show you this marvellous cross of Lorraine. It is not only a delicate, well made cross, it also shows Joan of Arc. Joan of Arc might be one of the most famous heroines in history, a martyr, who was burned at the stake. In 1920, she became the Patron Saint of France.

This double barred cross is a light charm with a lot of detail. It has been loved and worn a lot. We can tell by the fact that it is a little bit bend, because the top layer of detailles is a little rubbed off and because the bail has been repaired. Because of this, the hallmark is gone. Yet we believe that this is a French made pendant which we tested for solid 18k gold.

We are happy to introduce you to this work of art from the Napoleon III period during the late 19th century, also known as the late Victorian period. This round floral collar brooch is crafted 18 Karat solid gold and features stunning floral hand engraved decoration. In the centre of this beauty, we find three clustered half pearls, encircled by many wonderful floral leaf themed engraving. This lovely round base is encircled by a raised puffy circle like a wraith. This circle is decorated with four additional small seed pearls to give the brooch an extra romantic touch. The many small details show how patient they have been in making such a beautiful jewel, purely handmade which still blows our minds.

The brooch is functioning and in good condition considering its age, yet we like to let you know that there are two little cracks on the left and right side of the raised boarder, as clearly visible in the pictures. This antique brooch is equipped with a C closure and a longer pin, typical of late nineteenth century, since clothing was fabricated in thicker materials. This light stunning brooch is not hallmarked but spectro tested for 18k gold.

For sale is this lovely bulky Rose Cut diamond ring. This Tank ring is made in 18 karat Yellow gold and finished with white rhodium touches to make the diamonds sparkle even more. This type of ring is called a Tank ring thanks to to the Tanks of the Second World War. These tank rings where mostly created during the 40's and 50's and are a perfect example of the retro style.

A central circle is set with seven rose cut diamonds with two additional once flank them in their own bow like settings. The base of the ring is shaped like a strong bow, giving the ring some extra volume and power. We adore this marvellous ring. This wonderful Victorian bar brooch comes directly from the floral Art Nouveau period. This antique brooch features two twisted bars with balls on the end, each ball is covered with little flowers. A round plate holds the two twisted bars together. This circle is detailed with three little but wonderful flowers. Many little seed pearls adorn this marvellous brooch. The clasp is a pin with a safety hook which had a historic repair. This bar brooch is in good condition considering its age. This yellow gold brooch is tested for 18k gold.

For sale is this lovely bulky star themed ring. This pink gemstone Tank ring is made in 18 k pinkish Yellow gold and marked with a 750 and a makers mark. This type of ring is called a Tank ring thanks to to the Tanks of the Second World War. These tank rings where mostly created during the 40's and are a perfect example of the retro style. They are heavy, voluminous and have often asymmetrical forms.

Two large bulb shaped forms steal the show. One of them is made in yellow gold and set with little white dots, while the other one is made out of a more pinkish gold and set with two swiss cut pink gemstones -which we believe are pink sapphires- while engraved with many little stars. The star like cutting of the rubies give the ring some extra sparkle.

During the Victorian era, there were a lot of jewels made based on nature’s most wonderful scenes. This beautiful jewel is no different. This Victorian brooch is decorated with a ladybird resting on a shield. This shield is flanked by two small but stunning flowers. In the centre of these silver flowers we find two rose cut diamonds. A rose cut diamond is created to reflect candle light on there big facets. Therefore they give a warmer sparkle than modern cut brilliant diamonds.

The detailing of the ladybird itself is also stunning. The body is made out of a red tourmaline cabochon. Over the centre runs a small line made out of 18K rose gold to create the illusion of two separate wing covers. This 18k rose gold is also used to create the small legs of the ladybird. The upper body and head are made out of silver, this upper body is jewelled with two small rose cut diamonds. And last but not least, the eyes of this exquisite ladybird are two small old cut rubies.

On the side of the little c-clasp on the back, we find an eagle stamp. This hallmark is only used by French goldsmiths and was introduced in 1838. Since the jewel comes from the time when Queen Victoria reigned, we can also state that this brooch was made by hand. And if you ask us it’s made a highly skilled goldsmith since the details are incredibly beautifully finished.

For sale is this wonderful 1900's solid gold pendant covered with bell shaped flowers, hand engravings and the date 1915. The base is a flower shaped plate encircled by a round textured circle. A common and very lovey design from this time. The front of this wonderful charm redas 'Jean Aliot 7 Mai 1915" and is adorned with four hand engraved little flowers resembling lily of the valley. The back is engraved with ' Campagne 1914 1915' referring to the war. This antique pendant was made in France and is marked with a French horse head. This particular hors-head hallmark is a French hallmark that was set in gold jewelry between 1838 and 1919. Meaning that this pendant is dating back to the French Napoleon III period during English Queen Victoria's reign.

For sale is this late 18 k gold retro necklace. This necklace checks of all the characteristics of the typical retro jewelry, little to no gemstones (because these were more difficult to obtain during and in the beginning after the war) and frequent use of gold. There is always a lot of gold in these jewels, in cheerful and pompous shapes. Goldsmiths showed all the manufacturing possibilities of gold by working and processing them in one jewel in different ways.

This pearl necklace is made out of two popcorn necklaces coming together through a gold hoop. At the end of both chains Two pearls lighten up the necklace. This absolute beauty is in good condition considering its age, although we have have to mention that this necklace had two repairs where the popcorn chain itself touches the gold hoop. These repairs are not that visible when worn because they where at the backside of the necklace, although there is a small colour difference due to the repair.

This retro beauty with two tassel drops is marked with a 750 mark, an Italian Makers mark from Verona from before 1970 and is crafted in 18 ct yellow gold. This necklace really has it all. It is elegant, it steals the show and it is joyful thanks to the moving parts of the necklace. We love its grandeur and expressive look.

This wonderful Art Deco bar brooch stole our hearts the second we laid eyes on it. This antique brooch features three wonderful old European cut diamonds. Which were cut to reflect candle light in the most beautiful ways. Art deco was a popular style movement from the beginning of the 20th century. It was eclectic, art deco is a pastiche of the many different styles that preceded it. It combined previous styles with the new upcoming industrial one which was often contradictory. Traditional motifs were complemented by a tighter look that was influenced by the latest technologies opposed to art nouveau, which was very organic.

Regarding the diamonds, the centre of this lovely brooch is set with a pretty old European cut diamond with an approx weight of 0,17ct. Four rose cut diamonds flan this stone, to be flanked in turn by two single old cut diamonds. These two diamonds have a combined weight of approx. 0,06ct. We love honesty, and therefore like to mention that one of the smaller diamonds is a bit damaged at the top, a part is chipped off, this  is not that visible with the naked eye, yet we prefer to let you know.

The closure is a trombone gasp which was mainly used in Europe from the beginning till the mid-20th century. It’s an improved security on the clasp which was more fragile before. Like all things they kept improving the clasps of brooches. Later that century a new clasp was invented as a result of which this clasp was no longer made. The pin and clasp are working perfectly, not to say very well since the closure is a little stubborn and therefore very sturdy. The brooch itself is made in yellow gold, while the top of the pin is plated with rhodium to give it a white gold look.

We love this brooch because the open work gives this heavy jewel an airy look. The diamonds and geometric design ensure that this jewel is balanced and peaceful but at the same time striking and dazzling. From classic to modern, festive to casual, this antique brooch can be combined with anything.

This elegant necklace consists out alternating simpler and fancy looking links with lovely filligree scroll decorations and millgraine details. These links were casted. The chain has one small dog clip closure which is hallmarked with a French eagle head. The chain itself is hallmarked with a Rhino head and multiple French eagle head marks. This necklace is in good condition, yet we like to let you know that the closure has a deeper 'testing' scratch and that almost all links are a little bend. Luckily, are the links solid, so this does not affect the sturdiness of the necklace.

We are delighted to present to you this absolute beauty crafted in 18 karat solid gold. This elegant antique ring has a tourbullion shaped ringhead with a stunning rose cut diamond in its centre. It has a diameter of approximately 4 mm and is of good quality, there are no black or trouble spots visible when you look at it. Furthermore, this Edwardian ring is set with fourteen diamond chips/ small rose cut diamonds, encircling the central diamond and turning into the ringband itself. This solid gold ring carries an 18 hallmark inside and is hallmarked with the makers initials CC. next to this 18 mark.

We are thrilled to show you these magnificent Dutch heirlooms. These antique earrings are crafted in 18 ct yellow, patina champagne-toned gold. These earrings were most likely crafted at the end of the 19th century around 1880. They were worn by women in some parts of the Netherlands and represent the rich cultural heritage the Netherlands has to offer.

The champagne tone bases are covered with very well detailled flowers holding a rose cut paste stone. These two flowers with many leafs are 3D placed on top of the bases. The top of each earring holds a white natural, claw set pearl. These long earrings are light and therefore the perfect earrings to wear all day long. They will move and swing smoothly while you are walk around to show them off, like they should.

We love these European beauties, which date back to the Victorian era, because they represent everything that was common during this period. We adore its grandeur, the elegant shapes and floral forms that are very well created and preserved. These earrings are in great condition, especially considering their age.
