For sale is this lovely bulky Rose Cut diamond ring. This Tank ring is made in 18 karat Yellow gold and finished with white rhodium touches to make the diamonds sparkle even more. This type of ring is called a Tank ring thanks to to the Tanks of the Second World War. These tank rings where mostly created during the 40's and 50's and are a perfect example of the retro style.
A central circle is set with seven rose cut diamonds with two additional once flank them in their own bow like settings. The base of the ring is shaped like a strong bow, giving the ring some extra volume and power. We adore this marvellous ring. It is Bombastic, yet elegant and holds one of our favourite diamonds, rose cuts.
- Head of ring sits approximately 4 mm off the finger.
- The Ring shank is 2,5 mm wide.
- The ring head width is 12,5 mm and the ring head length is 17,5 mm
- The ring size is 9 1/4 US - 60,1 FR but can be resized a bit by a skilled goldsmith.
