This Ruby Tank ring is made in 18 k Yellow gold and marked with a PT99 mark (saying that the white part is patina), a makers mark and a Belgian 0,750 mark. This type of ring is called a Tank ring thanks to to the Tanks of the Second World War. These tank rings where mostly created during the 40's and 50's and are a perfect example of the retro style. They are heavy, voluminous and have often asymmetrical forms.

Three lines set with 12 diamonds steals the show, they sparkle bright in the white patina setting. They are single cut and combine for an approx. weight of 0,36ct. Two carré cut rubies flank these lovely diamonds, they bring the right amount of colour and spectacle to this tank ring. We absolutely adore this marvellous ring. It is Bombastic, yet elegant and colourful.

During the Victorian era, there were a lot of jewels made based on nature’s most wonderful scenes. This beautiful jewel is no different. This Victorian brooch is decorated with a ladybird resting on a shield. This shield is flanked by two small but stunning flowers. In the centre of these silver flowers we find two rose cut diamonds. A rose cut diamond is created to reflect candle light on there big facets. Therefore they give a warmer sparkle than modern cut brilliant diamonds.

The detailing of the ladybird itself is also stunning. The body is made out of a red tourmaline cabochon. Over the centre runs a small line made out of 18K rose gold to create the illusion of two separate wing covers. This 18k rose gold is also used to create the small legs of the ladybird. The upper body and head are made out of silver, this upper body is jewelled with two small rose cut diamonds. And last but not least, the eyes of this exquisite ladybird are two small old cut rubies.

On the side of the little c-clasp on the back, we find an eagle stamp. This hallmark is only used by French goldsmiths and was introduced in 1838. Since the jewel comes from the time when Queen Victoria reigned, we can also state that this brooch was made by hand. And if you ask us it’s made a highly skilled goldsmith since the details are incredibly beautifully finished.

This yellow gold brooch is decorated with greenish gold three leaf clovers on each lobe and holds a little white pearl in its center. The brooch is hallmarked with a French horse head. This particular hors-head hallmark is a French hallmark that was set in gold jewelry between 1838 and 1919. Meaning that this brooch is dating back to the French Napoleon III period during English Queen Victoria's reign.

Furthermore, each clover-leaf stands for something, the first leaf is for hope, the second is for faith, the third is for luck and the last one for love. A little hook on the bottom back of the brooch makes you able to add your favourite charm to this brooch, or to attach it safely to your favorite necklace.

The brooch is functioning and in good condition considering its age. It is equipped with a C closure and a long pin typical of late nineteenth century, since clothing was fabricated in thicker materials. Victorian French old miner cut diamond ribbon brooch in Silver and solid 18 karat gold.

We are delighted to introduce you to this French mid 19th century beauty. This bow shaped brooch is set with antique old mine cut diamonds as well as with rose cut diamonds. A dazzling 98 diamonds were set in this brooch to take your breath away. With the larges eleven in the center. An old mine cut diamond with an approx weight of 0,4 carat is encircled with ten rose cut diamonds. These authentic natural diamonds are all set in silver, backed with gold as was typical at this time. They did this because jewellers believed that silver was the only material able to enhance the beauty of diamonds. We have to admit that it is a wonderful combination and a very recognisable style to this early Victorian era. The gold layer on the back was to prevent the wearers skin to turn black from the silver, very smart right

This jewel, dating back to circa 1850's, is in very good condition considering its age. The many small details show how patient they have been in making such a beautiful jewel, purely handmade which still blows our minds. The brooch is functioning well and equipped with a C closure with a longer pin, typical for this period since clothing was fabricated in thicker materials. A small but sturdy hook makes it possible to wear a pendant or pocket watch below the brooch. This stunning brooch is hallmarked with a French eagle head which is in use since 1838. Furthermore it is hallmarked with a French boar head, the guarantee mark for silver which was used since 1838 aswel.

We adore this unique bow brooch since it is rather rare as when time passed, most worn out, were melted or taken apart and re-used for more modern designs. We love its high and rich karat, the colour tones, the hand cut diamonds and of course its wonderful design.

For sale is this cute "Plus qu'hier et moins que demain" love token. This love medallion of all love medallions was first created by the famous Lyon jeweller Alphonse Augis. He based this loving text on a poem of Parisian Rosemand Gérard. She wrote the poem in 1890 for her husband.

This antique brooch is equipped with a C closure and a longer pin, typical of late nineteenth century, since clothing was fabricated in thicker materials. This wonderful Art Deco bar brooch stole our hearts the second we laid eyes on it. This antique brooch features three wonderful old European cut diamonds. Which were cut to reflect candle light in the most beautiful ways. Art deco was a popular style movement from the beginning of the 20th century. It was eclectic, art deco is a pastiche of the many different styles that preceded it. It combined previous styles with the new upcoming industrial one which was often contradictory. Traditional motifs were complemented by a tighter look that was influenced by the latest technologies opposed to art nouveau, which was very organic.

Regarding the diamonds, the centre of this lovely brooch is set with a pretty old European cut diamond with an approx weight of 0,17ct. Four rose cut diamonds flan this stone, to be flanked in turn by two single old cut diamonds. These two diamonds have a combined weight of approx. 0,06ct. We love honesty, and therefore like to mention that one of the smaller diamonds is a bit damaged at the top, a part is chipped off, this  is not that visible with the naked eye, yet we prefer to let you know.

The closure is a trombone gasp which was mainly used in Europe from the beginning till the mid-20th century. It’s an improved security on the clasp which was more fragile before. Like all things they kept improving the clasps of brooches. Later that century a new clasp was invented as a result of which this clasp was no longer made. The pin and clasp are working perfectly, not to say very well since the closure is a little stubborn and therefore very sturdy. The brooch itself is made in yellow gold, while the top of the pin is plated with rhodium to give it a white gold look.

We love this brooch because the open work gives this heavy jewel an airy look. The diamonds and geometric design ensure that this jewel is balanced and peaceful but at the same time striking and dazzling. From classic to modern, festive to casual, this antique brooch can be combined with anything.

This protecting medallion is crafted in 18 karat gold, has a bright and warm look and is marked with a French eagle head hallmark. We aren't sure yet which side of the pendant we adore most. The back of this medal is engraved with the incredibly detailed initials R C. Around these scroll themed initials, we read the words "souvenir de 1 iere communion - 7 May 1896 " Meaning that this pendant is dating back to the French Napoleon III period during English Queen Victoria's reign.

The maker of this charm was a true artist, we are blown away by the beauty and detail of this charm. He chose for a star like cut out and floral hand made engravings. The raised border makes it appear even stronger and refined.

This bow shaped double-clip brooch is set with tapered baguette and old brilliant cut diamonds, most of these old cuts have a lovely little cullet. Additional pink sapphires ensure its popping appearance. A dazzling 160 natural diamonds were set in this brooch to take your breath away.

This jewel, dating back to circa 1920's, is in very good condition considering its age. The many small details show how patient they have been in making such a beautiful jewel, purely handmade which still blows our minds. This wonderful Victorian eagle brooch stole our hearts the second we laid eyes on it. This antique brooch features a wonderful flying eagle and we believe that it is marked with a French horse head, yet it is only a very small part of it that is visible so we can't be 100% sure, we therefore spectro tested it for 18karat gold. This particular hors-head hallmark is a French hallmark that was set in gold jewelry between 1838 and 1919. An antique cut ruby set in the snakes head bings the right amount of colour to the brooch. This brooch is in working condition with a safety hook and pin. This lovely brooch is in very good condition considering its age, it has a little hook at the bottom to attach a small pocket watch or a pendant. On top of that it has a small hoop at the eagles mouth so you can attach a pearl or small charm there.

An Eagle is often the symbol of bravery, it is meant to encourage and inspire people to reaching higher. To push your limits to see what you can do. Eagles should bring a sense of courage and a desire to explore in order to grow.

For sale is this wonderful Gypsy ring made in 18 Karat solid yellow gold and set with two old European cut diamonds and a cabochon deep red coral. The term Gypsy is used for rings that hold stones that are set into the ring. This technique is known as a flush-mount setting. Thanks to the setting, the gemstones and ring are one, it looks like that the diamonds growths inside of the ring. This type of rings has a modern minimal design, yet it finds its origine during the Victorian era and was first popularised by men.

We are even happier to let you know that this lovely brooch holds a secret locket compartment. This locket is fully equipped to keep two round pictures safe thanks to their little glasses and decorated gold frames which you can remove in order to place the pictures below the glass. You have to open the locket from the back, it is not very easy to open, so it is not a 'I will look at the pictures daily kind of locket, yet a great way to keep your loved ones close.

This collar brooch is crafted 18 K solid gold and features stunning geometrical decoration. In the center of this beauty, we find a small but bright pinkish ruby. This little gemstone is encircled with black enamel, painted in the shape of a flower. To be encircled in turn by many triangle and diamond shaped engravings. The many small details show how patient they have been in making such a beautiful jewel, purely handmade which still blows our minds.

We are thrilled to show you these magnificent Dutch heirlooms. These antique earrings are crafted in 18 karat solid yellow gold with a champagne hue. These earrings were most likely crafted at the end of the 19th century around 1880. They were worn by women in some parts of the Netherlands and represent the rich cultural heritage the Netherlands has to offer.

The rose-yellow gold bases are covered with very well detailled orangy-coloured gold flowers holding a small dot in their center. These two flowers with green-coloured leafs are 3D placed on top of the bases. The top of each earring holds a white natural, claw set pearl. Small dangling pendants at the bottom of the earrings finish the romantic yet playful look. We like to mention that one of the earrings had a little repair done many many years ago as visible in the pictures while the base of the other earring has a little dent. These long earrings are light and therefore the perfect earrings to wear all day long. They will move and swing smoothly while you are walk around to show them off, like they should.

We love these European beauties, which date back to the Victorian era, because they represent everything that was common during this period. We adore its grandeur, the elegant shapes and floral forms that are very well created and preserved. These earrings are in very good condition, especially considering their age.

This wonderful Victorian owl brooch stole our hearts the second we laid eyes on it. This antique brooch features a wonderful owl head with many details making the feathers almost appear to be real. Two antique cut rubies are set in the eyes of the owl which bing the right amount of colour to the brooch. This brooch is in working condition with a safety hook and pin which we believe has been replaced by a newer one by its previous owner. The safety hook has an extra little clip securing the pin itself. This lovely brooch is in very good condition considering its age, yet we like to mention that it has some damage at the top and bottom of the back of the brooch. This is not visible from the front.

In many cultures, owls are believed to possess protective qualities because of their ability to see through the darkness. This has made them symbols of insight and intuition. Owls are often thought to bring good luck to those who need clarity and guidance, particularly in uncertain times.

This lovely 18 k Yellow gold ring holds the most beautiful and popular love medallion of all times. This lovely medallion depicts a small cross and minus. Inside the plus we find a small but pretty and sparkly rose cut diamond. The minus is set with two baguette cut rubies. This beauty is marked with a makers mark from Augis and an other makers mark. When we look closely we see a small inscription in the medallion. Namely A.Augis, which stands for Alphonse Augis. He was a famous jeweller from Lyon who started making these types of love medallions.

We are happy to introduce you to this work of art from the Napoleon III period during the late 19th century, also known as the late Victorian period. This floral themed collar brooch is crafted 18 Karat solid gold and features stunning floral shaped decoration and two elegant little pearls. The boarder is a raised, hollow, textured boarder with little crosses on them, typical for jewels made during this period in France. The many small details show how patient they have been in making such a beautiful jewel, purely handmade which still blows our minds.

The brooch is functioning and in good condition considering its age. This antique brooch is equipped with a C closure and a longer pin, typical of late nineteenth century, since clothing was fabricated in thicker materials. This light stunning brooch is hallmarked with a French eagle head and makers mark.

For sale is this lovely bulky diamond & pearl ring. This Tank ring is made in 18 k Yellow gold and set with romantic old cut diamonds. This type of ring is called a Tank ring thanks to the Tanks of the Second World War. These tank rings where mostly created during the 40's and 50's and are a perfect example of the retro style. We are delighted to introduce this lovely 18 karat yellow gold patina medal featuring a very well preserved and detailled Jesus Christ. The back of this marvellous charm is hand engraved with the initials I E and the date '9 October 1913'. It is flanked with a very detailled floral border adorned with grapes, wine leafs, grain and last but not least a cross. This royal charm is hallmarked with a horse head. This particular hors-head hallmark is a French hallmark that was set in gold jewelry between 1838 and 1919. Meaning that this pendant is dating back to the French Napoleon III period during English Queen Victoria's reign.

We are pleased to offer you this stunning solid gold diamond set cross. This marvellous religious pendant is crafted in 18 karat white gold and dipped in platinum to give it an even whiter appearance. It is set with a total of 60 natural diamonds. These diamonds blend in perfectly with the platinum, making them sparkle even more, and making them appear as one large diamond. In the centre we find the largest bezel set diamond with an approximate weight of 0,2 carats. From this old european diamond, four lines covered with twenty four diamonds turn into a cross as a base. An additional thirty five diamonds adorn the cross, giving it a dazzling look.

This pendant can also be worn as a brooch tanks to the trombone closure and pin on the back. This lovely jewel has beautiful open-work parts. These arise because the main arms of the cross are flanked by extra thin lanes that are attached to the centre cross via geometric filigree decoration. The inner corners of the cross are in turn decorated with triangular shapes which are, like the rest of this jewel, set with hand cut diamonds. These triangles provide its extra strong Art Deco look.

This Art deco pendant is most likely crafted around 1920 in Western Europe and holds a total of approximately 1,6 ct diamonds. All diamonds are SI2-P and therefore of bad quality using todays standards, yet we often see this quality used in diamond jewelry from this era. Nevertheless they steal the show and bring class and elegance to this antique pendant. This ravishing cross is a real beauty thanks to its hand cut diamond placed in platinum covert gold, its perfect big size and its elegant and simple shape. We are sure that this beauty will steal your heart once you hold her in your hands.
