For sale is this stunning religious charm. This lovely charm depicts a well detailled Virgin Mary in front of an halo and stained glass. On the bottom of the charm we see roses, roses have long been connected with Virgin Mary. In the fifth century Virgin Mary was referred to as a "rose among thorns". Known as the “queen of flowers”, the rose represents Mary as Queen of Heaven. The whole charm is encircled with a small dotted boarder giving it an even stronger appearance. This Antique pendant has a floral and warm look thanks to the foliate decoration encircling this religious scene.

The maker of this charm has chosen a now patinated yellow gold as the basis material. This lovely medallion is crafted in 18 karat yellow gold and hallmarked with a French eagle head mark. The back of this royal charm is decorated with the name 'Nicole' , the place 'Lourdes' and date '2 July 1931'.

We are thrilled to show you these magnificent heirlooms. These antique earrings are crafted in 18 ct yellow gold and very detailled. These earrings were most likely crafted at the end of the 19th century around 1880 in Belgium, they don't carry a hallmark, so we tested them for 18 karat solid gold.

These lovely earrings where made during the 19th century, when Queen Victoria was the ruler of the United Kingdom. Queen Victoria was an influential person. Her style and sense of fashion became almost a benchmark during her reign. Queen Victoria has devoted much attention on bringing nature into her home and that of her nation throughout her reign. For example plants but also animals were often depicted in her jewellery but also as decoration on furniture and other utensils.

The oval dome shaped bases are covered with little engravings, each centre holds a very well detailled 3D floral shape set with two little turquoise cabochons and a pearl. The top of each earring holds a smaller natural, claw set pearl above sole delicate scrolls. Small foxtail chains dangle below this whole giving the earrings an even more joyful look. These long earrings are not that heavy and therefore the perfect earrings to wear all day long. They will move and swing smoothly while you are walk around to show them off, like they should be shown off.

We love these European beauties, which date back to the Victorian era, because they represent everything that was common during this period. We adore its grandeur, the elegant shapes and floral forms that are very well created and preserved. These earrings are in very good condition, especially considering their age.

For sale is this lovely bulky star themed ring. This pink gemstone Tank ring is made in 18 k pinkish Yellow gold and marked with a 750 and a makers mark. This type of ring is called a Tank ring thanks to to the Tanks of the Second World War. These tank rings where mostly created during the 40's and are a perfect example of the retro style. They are heavy, voluminous and have often asymmetrical forms.

Two large bulb shaped forms steal the show. One of them is made in yellow gold and set with little white dots, while the other one is made out of a more pinkish gold and set with two swiss cut pink gemstones -which we believe are pink sapphires- while engraved with many little stars. The star like cutting of the rubies give the ring some extra sparkle.

We adore this marvellous ring. It is Bombastic, yet elegant and colourful. And most of all, it feels so royal and pleasant to wear this beauty.

This lovely 18 k Yellow gold ring holds the most beautiful and popular love medallion of all times. This lovely medallion depicts a small cross and minus. Inside the plus we find a small but pretty and sparkly rose cut diamond. The minus is set with two baguette cut rubies. This beauty is marked with a makers mark from Augis and an other makers mark. When we look closely we see a small inscription in the medallion. Namely A.Augis, which stands for Alphonse Augis. He was a famous jeweller from Lyon who started making these types of love medallions.

We are happy to introduce you to this lovely work of art from the 1980's. This collar brooch is crafted 18 K solid gold and depicts a lovely flowing ribbon forming a marvellous bow. In the center of this beauty, we find nineteen brilliant cut diamonds depicting the knot of the bow. While the bows itself are decorated with wonderful carré cut sapphires, twenty seven to be exact.

The brooch is functioning and in good condition considering its age. It is equipped with a safety closure. This stunning brooch is hallmarked with a French eagle head, ensuring us that this beauty is made in solid 18k yellow gold.

For sale is this lovely bulky single Cut diamond ring. This Ruby Tank ring is made in 18 k Yellow gold, which turned some what orangy during the years. It is a great layer of patina and a typical colour of gold for jewels from this period.  It is marked with a Belgian makers mark and a 0,750 mark for 18 karat solid gold. This type of ring is called a Tank ring thanks to to the Tanks of the Second World War. These tank rings where mostly created during the 40's and 50's and are a perfect example of the retro style. They are heavy and voluminous.

Two central lines of diamonds are set in a bow, giving the ring some extra volume. Six baguette cut rubies steals the show on each side of this line. These rubies are set in a yellow gold setting making them pop-out even more. (These gold settings with rubies are kept in place by two screws. One of them is the original one in gold, the other screw has been replaced by its previous owner for a black one.) These pink gemstones are flanked by many single cut diamonds. These diamonds are all set in platinum. They ensure the correct amount of 'sparkle' in their white coloured setting. This wonderful ring is set with a total of 28 natural diamonds that combine for a total weight of approximately 0,8 ct.

We are happy to introduce you to this work of art from the Napoleon III period during the late 19th century, also known as the late Victorian period. This squared collar brooch is crafted 18 K solid gold and features stunning floral hand engraved decoration. In the centre of this beauty, we find two small but radiant rubies. These little rubies are accompanied by a small half pearl. They are the flower heads of the hand engraved flower covering this little treasure. The many small details show how patient they have been in making such a beautiful jewel, purely handmade which still blows our minds.

The brooch is functioning and in good condition considering its age. This antique brooch is equipped with a C closure and a longer pin, typical of late nineteenth century, since clothing was fabricated in thicker materials. This light stunning brooch is not hallmarked but spectro tested for 18k gold.

We love this wonderful example of an Art Nouveau brooch crafted during the late Napoleon III era in Europe. This lovely 18 karat Yellow gold ring holds the most beautiful and popular love medallion of all times. Plus qu'hier et moins que demain. This lovely medallion depicts a small cross and minus in the places of the words 'plus' and 'moins'. The cross is set with a small but sparkly single cut diamond while the minus is set with two synthetic rubies. When we look closely we see a small inscription in the medallion. Namely A.Augis, which stands for Alphonse Augis. He was a famous jeweller from Lyon who started making these types of love medallions.

We are thrilled to show you these magnificent heirlooms. These antique earrings are crafted in 18 ct yellow gold and very detailled. These earrings were most likely crafted at the middle of the 19th century around 1860, they don't carry a hallmark, so we tested them for 18 karat solid gold.

These lovely earrings where made during the 19th century, when Queen Victoria was the ruler of the United Kingdom. Queen Victoria was an influential person. Her style and sense of fashion became almost a benchmark during her reign. Queen Victoria has devoted much attention on bringing nature into her home and that of her nation throughout her reign. For example plants but also animals were often depicted in her jewellery but also as decoration on furniture and other utensils.

The light hollow bases are covered with stamped flowers, each centre holds a pinkish glass stone. The top of each earring is a copy of the dangling part but smaller. Six hollow pendants dangle below this whole giving the earrings an even more joyful look. These long earrings are not that heavy and therefore the perfect earrings to wear all day long. They will move and swing smoothly while you are walk around to show them off, like they should be shown off.

This exquisite diamond geometrically-designed Art Deco brooch is crafted out of platinum. This precious metal has only just been introduced in the jewellery industry during this period. This platinum brooch is mounted with ninety-seven old cut diamonds. Which were cut to reflect candle light in the most beautiful ways. Art deco was a popular style movement from the beginning of the 20th century. It was eclectic, art deco is a pastiche of the many different styles that preceded it. It combined previous styles with the new upcoming industrial one which was often contradictory. Traditional motifs were complemented by a tighter look that was influenced by the latest technologies opposed to art nouveau, which was very organic.

Regarding the diamonds, the centre of this marvellous brooch is set with a pretty old European cut diamond with an approx weight of 0,5ct. Thirty-eight of other diamonds set in this brooch are old European cuts and are each between approx 0.17ct and 0.03ct. The other diamonds are single cuts all between 0.03ct and 0.015ct each. The makers of this brooch choose the places well for the old cut diamonds, they are symmetrical set, each corner is set with one, just like the central lines, to ensure this brooch to sparkle as bright as possible. All diamonds are of great colour and clarity.

The closure is a trombone gasp which was mainly used in Europe from the beginning till the mid-20th century. It’s an improved security on the clasp which was more fragile before. Like all things they kept improving the clasps of brooches. Later that century a new clasp was invented as a result of which this clasp was no longer made. This trombone clasp has an extra feature, you have to turn the lock to unlock the sliding function of the brooch. Something we haven't seen before, so this beauty must have been made by a very clever and proud goldsmith, who adores this lovely piece he made. The pin and clasp are working perfectly, The brooch itself is made in Platinum, while the pin itself is made in 18k white gold.

We love this brooch because the open work gives this heavy jewel an airy look. The diamonds and geometric design ensure that this jewel is balanced and peaceful but at the same time striking and dazzling. From classic to modern, festive to casual, this antique brooch can be combined with anything.

For sale is this lovely bulky old European Cut diamond ring. This Tank ring is made in 18 k Yellow gold and marked with a French eagle head mark. This type of ring is called a Tank ring thanks to to the Tanks of the Second World War. These tank rings where mostly created during the 40's and 50's and are a perfect example of the retro style.

A central diamonds steal the show, though it has a natural feather/crack in its center. This lovely stone is flanked by two lines of carré cut rubies. Two gold bow-like side shapes give the ring some extra volume.

We adore this marvellous ring. It is Bombastic, yet elegant and holds one of our favorite diamonds, rose cuts.

We are happy to introduce you to this work of art from the Napoleon III period during the late 19th century, also known as the late Victorian period. This floral themed collar brooch is crafted 18 Karat solid gold and features stunning floral shaped decoration and a elegant dangling little pearl. The boarder is a raised, hollow boarder flowing around the three clovers which are the stars of this lovely treasure. The many small details show how patient they have been in making such a beautiful jewel, purely handmade which still blows our minds.

The brooch is functioning and in good condition considering its age. This antique brooch is equipped with a C closure and a longer pin, typical of late nineteenth century, since clothing was fabricated in thicker materials. This light stunning brooch is hallmarked with a French eagle head and makers mark.

We love this wonderful example of an Art Nouveau brooch crafted during the late Napoleon III era in Europe. We love the way the artist united the elegant flowing natural forms with a bigger contours giving it a strong and magical look. This wonderful Victorian eagle brooch stole our hearts the second we laid eyes on it. This antique brooch features a wonderful flying eagle and we believe that it is marked with a French horse head, yet it is only a very small part of it that is visible so we can't be 100% sure, we therefore spectro tested it for 18karat gold. This particular hors-head hallmark is a French hallmark that was set in gold jewelry between 1838 and 1919. An antique cut ruby set in the snakes head bings the right amount of colour to the brooch. This brooch is in working condition with a safety hook and pin. This lovely brooch is in very good condition considering its age, it has a little hook at the bottom to attach a small pocket watch or a pendant. On top of that it has a small hoop at the eagles mouth so you can attach a pearl or small charm there.

An Eagle is often the symbol of bravery, it is meant to encourage and inspire people to reaching higher. To push your limits to see what you can do. Eagles should bring a sense of courage and a desire to explore in order to grow.

For sale is this stunning Victorian brooch. This royal diamond brooch was most likely made in Belgium or France in the middle of the 19th century. It is set with exceptionally large rose cut diamonds. These stunning diamonds are in very good condition and foil back set like most diamonds during that period, this is a special technique that was used to bring the lustre of the diamonds to its best quality. A crescent shape set with seven large rose cut diamonds is the central part of this piece. Floral shapes, small hand made engravings and twisted gold ropes finish off the large base of this brooch. Meanwhile small dangling flowers set with tiny rose cut diamonds ensure that this piece is a joyful treasure. This extraordinary brooch is made in 18k yellow gold and is in very good condition considering its age. We choose not to polish it in any way. This results in some parts still having their patina colours which they gained over the years.

We adore this brooch because of all its lustre, moreover what is not to love about this beauty. Furthermore because Victorian jewels like this one, are rather rare as when time passed, most are worn out, were melted or taken apart and re-used for more modern designs. We therefore chose to keep the pendant as is, meaning that we did not clean this beauty although that would be possible. If pleased, we can clean this pendant a bit before shipping it out to give it a better shine.

During the Victorian era, there were a lot of jewels made based on nature’s most wonderful scenes. This beautiful jewel is no different. This Victorian brooch is decorated with a ladybird resting on a shield. This shield is flanked by two small but stunning flowers. In the centre of these silver flowers we find two rose cut diamonds. A rose cut diamond is created to reflect candle light on there big facets. Therefore they give a warmer sparkle than modern cut brilliant diamonds.

The detailing of the ladybird itself is also stunning. The body is made out of a red tourmaline cabochon. Over the centre runs a small line made out of 18K rose gold to create the illusion of two separate wing covers. This 18k rose gold is also used to create the small legs of the ladybird. The upper body and head are made out of silver, this upper body is jewelled with two small rose cut diamonds. And last but not least, the eyes of this exquisite ladybird are two small old cut rubies.

On the side of the little c-clasp on the back, we find an eagle stamp. This hallmark is only used by French goldsmiths and was introduced in 1838. Since the jewel comes from the time when Queen Victoria reigned, we can also state that this brooch was made by hand. And if you ask us it’s made a highly skilled goldsmith since the details are incredibly beautifully finished.

This wonderful Victorian owl brooch stole our hearts the second we laid eyes on it. This antique brooch features a wonderful owl head with many details making the feathers almost appear to be real. Two antique cut rubies are set in the eyes of the owl which bing the right amount of colour to the brooch. This brooch is in working condition with a safety hook and pin which we believe has been replaced by a newer one by its previous owner. We are delighted to show you this marvellous cross of Lorraine. It is not only a delicate, well made cross, it also shows Joan of Arc. Joan of Arc might be one of the most famous heroines in history, a martyr, who was burned at the stake. In 1920, she became the Patron Saint of France.

This double barred cross is a light charm with a lot of detail. It has been loved and worn a lot. We can tell by the fact that it is a little bit bend, because the top layer of detailles is a little rubbed off and because the bail has been repaired. Because of this, the hallmark is gone. Yet we believe that this is a French made pendant which we tested for solid 18k gold.
