The flower head is set with a small but bright rubies while the other flower is set with a small seed pearl, which bring the perfect amount of colour to these elegant jewels. These hollow dormeuse earrings are made in 18 karat yellow gold.

These lovely earrings where made at the end of the 19th century in Western-Europe, when Queen Victoria was the ruler of the United Kingdom. Queen Victoria was an influential person. Her style and sense of fashion became almost a benchmark during her reign. Queen Victoria has devoted much attention on bringing nature into her home and that of her nation throughout her reign. For sale are these adorable antique earrings crafted during the Georgian era 1714-1830. These beauties are set with foil-backed rose cut diamonds, arranged in a flower formation. The gemstones are set in silver backed with gold as was typical at this time because jewellers believed that silver was the only material able to enhance the beauty of diamonds. We have to admit that it is a wonderful combination and a very recognisable combination to this Georgian era. The gold layer on the back was to prevent the wearers skin to turn black from the silver, very smart right? They bear no hallmark but we believe that they are of Dutch or Belgium origin with later replaced screw back in 14 ct yellow gold.


We love the overall look of these Georgian beauties. Their floral and elegant shape, their warm look and their recognisable combination of silver and rose cut diamonds. During the Victorian era, there were a lot of jewels made based on nature’s most wonderful scenes. This beautiful jewel is no different. This Victorian brooch is decorated with a ladybird resting on a shield. This shield is flanked by two small but stunning flowers. In the centre of these silver flowers we find two rose cut diamonds. A rose cut diamond is created to reflect candle light on there big facets. Therefore they give a warmer sparkle than modern cut brilliant diamonds.

The detailing of the ladybird itself is also stunning. The body is made out of a red tourmaline cabochon. Over the centre runs a small line made out of 18K rose gold to create the illusion of two separate wing covers. This 18k rose gold is also used to create the small legs of the ladybird. The upper body and head are made out of silver, this upper body is jewelled with two small rose cut diamonds. And last but not least, the eyes of this exquisite ladybird are two small old cut rubies.

On the side of the little c-clasp on the back, we find an eagle stamp. This hallmark is only used by French goldsmiths and was introduced in 1838. Since the jewel comes from the time when Queen Victoria reigned, we can also state that this brooch was made by hand. And if you ask us it’s made a highly skilled goldsmith since the details are incredibly beautifully finished.

We are delighted to introduce you to this extraordinary ring, crafted in 18 karat yellow gold and finished with white rhodium, like mostly done with antique rings crafted around this late victorian era, since they believed that white was the only colour that was a perfect match with diamonds. This stunning 'toi et moi' (You and I) -ring is set with a lovely old European cut diamond and a natural white pearl. The diamond was cut by hand and is all natural, there are many inclusions in the diamond, but they are all 'white' making them kind of invisible when you were the ring. (A dark black spot can easily be seen, while white clouds in diamonds are somewhat undercover) This lovely diamond has an approx weight of 0,28ct and is placed in a cathedral setting to make sure that the light can play inside of it easily. The white pearl is placed cosy next to it. From these two beauties, the ring band elegantly turns into the shape of the ring itself. We are thrilled to show you these magnificent heirlooms. These antique earrings are crafted in 18 ct yellow gold and very detailled. These earrings were most likely crafted at the end of the 19th century around 1880 in Belgium, they don't carry a hallmark, so we tested them for 18 karat solid gold.

These lovely earrings where made during the 19th century, when Queen Victoria was the ruler of the United Kingdom. Queen Victoria was an influential person. Her style and sense of fashion became almost a benchmark during her reign. Queen Victoria has devoted much attention on bringing nature into her home and that of her nation throughout her reign. For example plants but also animals were often depicted in her jewellery but also as decoration on furniture and other utensils.

The oval dome shaped bases are covered with little engravings, each centre holds a very well detailled 3D floral shape set with two little turquoise cabochons and a pearl. The top of each earring holds a smaller natural, claw set pearl above sole delicate scrolls. Small foxtail chains dangle below this whole giving the earrings an even more joyful look. These long earrings are not that heavy and therefore the perfect earrings to wear all day long. They will move and swing smoothly while you are walk around to show them off, like they should be shown off.

We love these European beauties, which date back to the Victorian era, because they represent everything that was common during this period. We adore its grandeur, the elegant shapes and floral forms that are very well created and preserved. These earrings are in very good condition, especially considering their age.

Victorian French old miner cut diamond ribbon brooch in Silver and solid 18 karat gold.

We are delighted to introduce you to this French mid 19th century beauty. This bow shaped brooch is set with antique old mine cut diamonds as well as with rose cut diamonds. A dazzling 98 diamonds were set in this brooch to take your breath away. With the larges eleven in the center. An old mine cut diamond with an approx weight of 0,4 carat is encircled with ten rose cut diamonds. These authentic natural diamonds are all set in silver, backed with gold as was typical at this time. They did this because jewellers believed that silver was the only material able to enhance the beauty of diamonds. We have to admit that it is a wonderful combination and a very recognisable style to this early Victorian era. The gold layer on the back was to prevent the wearers skin to turn black from the silver, very smart right

This jewel, dating back to circa 1850's, is in very good condition considering its age. The many small details show how patient they have been in making such a beautiful jewel, purely handmade which still blows our minds. The brooch is functioning well and equipped with a C closure with a longer pin, typical for this period since clothing was fabricated in thicker materials. A small but sturdy hook makes it possible to wear a pendant or pocket watch below the brooch. This stunning brooch is hallmarked with a French eagle head which is in use since 1838. Furthermore it is hallmarked with a French boar head, the guarantee mark for silver which was used since 1838 aswel.

We adore this unique bow brooch since it is rather rare as when time passed, most worn out, were melted or taken apart and re-used for more modern designs. We love its high and rich karat, the colour tones, the hand cut diamonds and of course its wonderful design.

We are happy to introduce you to this work of art from the Napoleon III period during the late 19th century, also known as the late Victorian period. This Good Luck themed collar brooch is crafted 18 Karat solid gold and features stunning half seed pearl decorations. The many small details show how patient they have been in making such a beautiful jewel, purely handmade which still blows our minds.

The brooch is functioning and in good condition considering its age. This antique brooch is equipped with a C closure and a longer pin, typical of late nineteenth century, since clothing was fabricated in thicker materials. This light stunning brooch is not hallmarked but spectro tested for 18k gold.

This vintage pendant is crafted in 18 karat yellow gold and is in-scripted with 'A. A' referring to the "inventor" of these stunning tokens. This type of ring is called a Tank ring thanks to the Tanks of the Second World War. These tank rings where mostly created during the 40's and 50's and are a perfect example of the retro style. They are heavy, voluminous and have often symmetrical forms.

In the centre of this ring we see a white plate set with 18 rose cut diamonds, forming one sparkling whole. Two additional rose cut diamonds flank this plate on the raised yellow gold sides. We are even happier to let you know that this lovely brooch holds a secret locket compartment. This locket is fully equipped to keep two round pictures safe thanks to their little glasses and decorated gold frames which you can remove in order to place the pictures below the glass. You have to open the locket from the back, it is not very easy to open, so it is not a 'I will look at the pictures daily kind of locket, yet a great way to keep your loved ones close.

This collar brooch is crafted 18 K solid gold and features stunning geometrical decoration. In the center of this beauty, we find a small but bright pinkish ruby. This little gemstone is encircled with black enamel, painted in the shape of a flower. To be encircled in turn by many triangle and diamond shaped engravings. The many small details show how patient they have been in making such a beautiful jewel, purely handmade which still blows our minds.

This double barred cross is a light charm with a lot of detail. It has been loved and worn a lot. We can tell by the fact that it is a little bit bend, because the top layer of detailles is a little rubbed off and because the bail has been repaired. Because of this, the hallmark is gone. This exquisite diamond geometrically-designed Art Deco brooch is crafted out of platinum. This precious metal has only just been introduced in the jewellery industry during this period. This platinum brooch is mounted with ninety-seven old cut diamonds. Which were cut to reflect candle light in the most beautiful ways. Art deco was a popular style movement from the beginning of the 20th century. It was eclectic, art deco is a pastiche of the many different styles that preceded it. It combined previous styles with the new upcoming industrial one which was often contradictory. Traditional motifs were complemented by a tighter look that was influenced by the latest technologies opposed to art nouveau, which was very organic.

Regarding the diamonds, the centre of this marvellous brooch is set with a pretty old European cut diamond with an approx weight of 0,5ct. Thirty-eight of other diamonds set in this brooch are old European cuts and are each between approx 0.17ct and 0.03ct. The other diamonds are single cuts all between 0.03ct and 0.015ct each. The makers of this brooch choose the places well for the old cut diamonds, they are symmetrical set, each corner is set with one, just like the central lines, to ensure this brooch to sparkle as bright as possible. All diamonds are of great colour and clarity.

The closure is a trombone gasp which was mainly used in Europe from the beginning till the mid-20th century. It’s an improved security on the clasp which was more fragile before. Like all things they kept improving the clasps of brooches. Later that century a new clasp was invented as a result of which this clasp was no longer made. This trombone clasp has an extra feature, you have to turn the lock to unlock the sliding function of the brooch. Something we haven't seen before, so this beauty must have been made by a very clever and proud goldsmith, who adores this lovely piece he made. The pin and clasp are working perfectly, The brooch itself is made in Platinum, while the pin itself is made in 18k white gold.

We love this brooch because the open work gives this heavy jewel an airy look. The diamonds and geometric design ensure that this jewel is balanced and peaceful but at the same time striking and dazzling. From classic to modern, festive to casual, this antique brooch can be combined with anything.

We are happy to introduce you to this work of art from the Napoleon III period during the late 19th century, also known as the late Victorian period. This round floral collar brooch is crafted 18 Karat solid gold and features stunning floral hand engraved decoration. In the centre of this beauty, we find three clustered half pearls, encircled by many wonderful floral leaf themed engraving. This lovely round base is encircled by a raised puffy circle like a wraith. This circle is decorated with four additional small seed pearls to give the brooch an extra romantic touch. The many small details show how patient they have been in making such a beautiful jewel, purely handmade which still blows our minds.

The brooch is functioning and in good condition considering its age, yet we like to let you know that there are two little cracks on the left and right side of the raised boarder, as clearly visible in the pictures. This antique brooch is equipped with a C closure and a longer pin, typical of late nineteenth century, since clothing was fabricated in thicker materials. This light stunning brooch is not hallmarked but spectro tested for 18k gold.

This lovely 18 k Yellow gold ring holds the most beautiful and popular love medallion of all times. This lovely medallion depicts a small cross and minus. Inside the plus we find a small but pretty and sparkly rose cut diamond. The minus is set with two baguette cut rubies. This beauty is marked with a makers mark from Augis and an other makers mark. When we look closely we see a small inscription in the medallion. Namely A.Augis, which stands for Alphonse Augis. He was a famous jeweller from Lyon who started making these types of love medallions.

We are happy to introduce you to this work of art from the Napoleon III period during the late 19th century, also known as the late Victorian period. This floral star themed collar brooch is crafted 18 Karat solid gold and features stunning floral hand engraved decoration. In the centre of this beauty, we find a greyish half pearl, encircled by a star shaped engraving. This lovely round base is encircled with many little pearls. Some of them are set in little rounds, while others are set in marvellous little star. These stars are alternated with greenish gold flowers with a lot of detail. The many small details show how patient they have been in making such a beautiful jewel, purely handmade which still blows our minds.

The brooch is functioning and in good condition considering its age, yet we like to let you know that there is a crack in the centre, as clearly visible in the pictures. This antique brooch is equipped with a C closure and a longer pin, typical of late nineteenth century, since clothing was fabricated in thicker materials. This light stunning brooch is not hallmarked but spectro tested for 18k gold.

We love this wonderful example of an Art Nouveau brooch crafted during the late Napoleon III era in Europe. We love the way the artist united the elegant flowing natural forms with angular contours giving it a strong and magical look. This wonderful Victorian owl brooch stole our hearts the second we laid eyes on it. This antique brooch features a wonderful owl head with many details making the feathers almost appear to be real. Two antique cut rubies are set in the eyes of the owl which bing the right amount of colour to the brooch. This brooch is in working condition with a safety hook and pin which we believe has been replaced by a newer one by its previous owner. The safety hook has an extra little clip securing the pin itself. This lovely brooch is in very good condition considering its age, yet we like to mention that it has some damage at the top and bottom of the back of the brooch. This is not visible from the front.

In many cultures, owls are believed to possess protective qualities because of their ability to see through the darkness. This has made them symbols of insight and intuition. Owls are often thought to bring good luck to those who need clarity and guidance, particularly in uncertain times.
