For sale is this cute "Plus qu'hier et moins que demain" love token. This love medallion of all love medallions was first created by the famous Lyon jeweller Alphonse Augis. He based this loving text on a poem of Parisian Rosemand Gérard. She wrote the poem in 1890 for her husband.

This vintage pendant is crafted in 18 karat solid yellow gold. This medal is in-scripted with 'A. Augis' referring to the "inventor" of these stunning tokens. It is set with two rubies in the minus and a small single cut diamond in the plus. This wonderful charm with texture background is hallmarked with a very recognisable Augis makers mark and a French eagle head mark.

This nineteenth century brooch features a sweet cherub, holding a basket with three gemstones while floating through the air with his sparkling wings and a ribbon around its waist. We are pleased to let you know that this brooch is in excellent condition. The longer pin with C clasp works perfectly, did you know that this pin is longer than modern pins because fabrics used to be thicker during the Victorian era? An additional pin was added to this brooch with a safety chain as an extra safety measure. This stunning brooch is set with a total of thirty-six rose cut diamonds and one large old mine cut one. These authentic natural diamonds were all cut by hand and therefore unique, which makes us loving them even more.

We are happy to introduce you to this work of art from the Art Nouveau period. This collar brooch is crafted 18 Karat solid yellow gold and features stunning hand engraved star shaped decoration in the center, which is holding a lovely rose cut diamond. The brooch is functioning and in good condition considering its age. This antique brooch is equipped with a C closure and a long pin typical of late nineteenth century, since clothing was fabricated in thicker materials. We are happy to introduce you to this work of art from the Napoleon III period during the late 19th century, also known as the Victorian period. This collar brooch is crafted 18 karat solid gold and features stunning floral shapes. In its centre we find an enamel adorned oval. This black and white enamel makes the hand engraved floral artwork pop out. This specific enamel pallet in combination with the warm gold was mainly used in the France during the 1850s and 60's. The many small details show how patient they have been in making such a beautiful jewel, purely handmade which still blows our minds.

This type of ring is called a Tank ring thanks to to the Tanks of the Second World War. These tank rings where mostly created during the 40's and 50's and are a perfect example of the retro style. They are voluminous and have often symmetrical forms.

A large white pearl is in the centre of the ring. Little rose cut diamonds are set around it, they sparkle bright in their white coloured setting. One of these little diamonds was replaced by its previous owner for a modern brilliant cut diamond. We adore this marvellous ring. This wonderful Art Deco bar brooch stole our hearts the second we laid eyes on it. This antique brooch features three wonderful old European cut diamonds. Which were cut to reflect candle light in the most beautiful ways. Art deco was a popular style movement from the beginning of the 20th century. It was eclectic, art deco is a pastiche of the many different styles that preceded it. It combined previous styles with the new upcoming industrial one which was often contradictory. Traditional motifs were complemented by a tighter look that was influenced by the latest technologies opposed to art nouveau, which was very organic.

Regarding the diamonds, the centre of this lovely brooch is set with a pretty old European cut diamond with an approx weight of 0,17ct. Four rose cut diamonds flan this stone, to be flanked in turn by two single old cut diamonds. These two diamonds have a combined weight of approx. 0,06ct. We love honesty, and therefore like to mention that one of the smaller diamonds is a bit damaged at the top, a part is chipped off, this  is not that visible with the naked eye, yet we prefer to let you know.

The closure is a trombone gasp which was mainly used in Europe from the beginning till the mid-20th century. It’s an improved security on the clasp which was more fragile before. Like all things they kept improving the clasps of brooches. Later that century a new clasp was invented as a result of which this clasp was no longer made. The pin and clasp are working perfectly, not to say very well since the closure is a little stubborn and therefore very sturdy. The brooch itself is made in yellow gold, while the top of the pin is plated with rhodium to give it a white gold look.

We love this brooch because the open work gives this heavy jewel an airy look. The diamonds and geometric design ensure that this jewel is balanced and peaceful but at the same time striking and dazzling. From classic to modern, festive to casual, this antique brooch can be combined with anything.

For sale are these adorable antique earrings crafted during the Georgian era 1714-1830. These beauties are set with foil-backed rose cut diamonds, arranged in a flower formation. The gemstones are set in silver backed with gold as was typical at this time because jewellers believed that silver was the only material able to enhance the beauty of diamonds. We have to admit that it is a wonderful combination and a very recognisable combination to this Georgian era. The gold layer on the back was to prevent the wearers skin to turn black from the silver, very smart right? They bear no hallmark but we believe that they are of Dutch or Belgium origin with later replaced screw back in 14 ct yellow gold.

The champagne tone bases are covered with very well detailled bunches of grapes. The little pearls representing the grapes make the earrings even more unique. These two bunches of grapes with detailed leafs are 3D placed on top of the bases. These oval earrings are light and therefore the perfect earrings to wear all day long.

For sale is this wonderful Gypsy ring made in 18 Karat solid yellow gold and set with two old European cut diamonds and a cabochon deep red coral. The term Gypsy is used for rings that hold stones that are set into the ring. This technique is known as a flush-mount setting. Thanks to the setting, the gemstones and ring are one, it looks like that the diamonds growths inside of the ring. This type of rings has a modern minimal design, yet it finds its origine during the Victorian era and was first popularised by men.

The diamonds in this treasure are hand cut and therefor unique, there are no two similar cut stones. They have some smaller damages to them, which can be expected from a treasure of this age. For sale is this lovely bulky single Cut diamond ring. This Ruby Tank ring is made in 18 k Yellow gold, which turned some what orangy during the years. It is a great layer of patina and a typical colour of gold for jewels from this period.  It is marked with a Belgian makers mark and a 0,750 mark for 18 karat solid gold. This type of ring is called a Tank ring thanks to to the Tanks of the Second World War. These tank rings where mostly created during the 40's and 50's and are a perfect example of the retro style. They are heavy and voluminous.

Two central lines of diamonds are set in a bow, giving the ring some extra volume. Six baguette cut rubies steals the show on each side of this line. These rubies are set in a yellow gold setting making them pop-out even more. (These gold settings with rubies are kept in place by two screws. One of them is the original one in gold, the other screw has been replaced by its previous owner for a black one.) These pink gemstones are flanked by many single cut diamonds. These diamonds are all set in platinum. They ensure the correct amount of 'sparkle' in their white coloured setting. This wonderful ring is set with a total of 28 natural diamonds that combine for a total weight of approximately 0,8 ct.

This stunner is set with diamonds, rubies and a pearl. The details in this brooch are phenomenal. The wings are wonderfully engraved, the settings of the pearl and rubies are finished with filigree and to ensure the diamonds to sparkle more, they are set in gold covered silver so they blend in perfectly and form a bigger sparkling union.

This stunning brooch is set with twenty marvellous rose cut diamonds. These diamonds were all cut by hand and therefore unique, which makes us loving them even more. But not only the diamonds steel the show, the stunning pearl adds the right amount of class to this brooch. On top of that, two red rubies are used as the eyes of this beauty. These old cut rubies have both a diameter of approx 2,1mm. This lovely bee is not hallmarked, yet we believe it has a Belgian origin. There are 20 diamonds, all rose cut. The fourteen smallest have a diameter of approximately 2 mm, the biggest one in the tail has a diameter of approx 2,7mm and the four in the wings are approx 2,7*2,2 mm. The prettiest and biggest one forming the queens head is approx 3,4*3,4 mm.

We are delighted to present this extraordinary pendant, our heart literally skipped a beat when we laid our eyes on it for the first time, and keeps on doing it every time we look at it. This beautiful treasure is full of hidden meanings depicting the holy communion with Jesus Christ on the front. While a dove, grain, lamb and grapes are visible on the back.

As said, one side of the charm shows a relief scene of Jesus, often associated with baptism or holy communion themes. Jesus is pictured in front of an aureola while he breaks the bread. This wonderful Victorian owl brooch stole our hearts the second we laid eyes on it. This antique brooch features a wonderful owl head with many details making the feathers almost appear to be real. Two antique cut rubies are set in the eyes of the owl which bing the right amount of colour to the brooch. This brooch is in working condition with a safety hook and pin which we believe has been replaced by a newer one by its previous owner. The safety hook has an extra little clip securing the pin itself. This lovely brooch is in very good condition considering its age, yet we like to mention that it has some damage at the top and bottom of the back of the brooch. This is not visible from the front.

In many cultures, owls are believed to possess protective qualities because of their ability to see through the darkness. This has made them symbols of insight and intuition. Owls are often thought to bring good luck to those who need clarity and guidance, particularly in uncertain times.

The back is engraved with ' Campagne 1914 1915' referring to the war. This antique pendant was made in France and is marked with a French horse head. This particular hors-head hallmark is a French hallmark that was set in gold jewelry between 1838 and 1919. We are so delighted to show you these magnificent Dutch heirlooms. These antique earrings are crafted in 18 karat solid yellow, patina champagne-toned gold. These earrings were most likely crafted at the end of the 19th century around 1880. They were worn by women in some parts of the Netherlands and represent the rich cultural heritage the Netherlands has to offer.

The champagne tone bases are covered with very well detailled flowers and leafs. These bases are placed on an oval matt finished earring with petal like halo around it. We like to mention that one of the earrings has two smaller dents on the central over champagne coloured base as visible in the picture.

Two rose cut paste stone and a half pearl set in a claw setting to make the earrings even more unique. These flowers with detailed leafs are 3D placed on top of the bases. These oval earrings are light and therefore the perfect earrings to wear all day long.

We love these European beauties, which date back to the Victorian era, because they represent everything that was common during this period. We are happy to introduce you to this work of art from the Napoleon III period during the late 19th century, also known as the late Victorian period. This collar brooch is crafted 18 karat solid gold and features stunning geometrical decoration. In the center of this beauty, we find an old miner cut ruby with a deep red colour. It is encircled with eight half pearls. Together they for a lovely blooming flower. The base of the brooch is a diamond shaped polished base with little handmade engravings of flowers. This geometrical center is encircled with a very detailled open work boarder with four little star shapes set with pearls. They are in turn encircled by four petal-shapes detailled with handmade engravings. The many small details show how patient they have been in making such a beautiful jewel, purely handmade which still blows our minds.

The brooch is functioning and in good condition considering its age. This antique brooch is equipped with a C closure and a long pin typical of late nineteenth century, since clothing was fabricated in thicker materials. This light stunning brooch holds no hallmark but is tested for 18 karat solid gold.

We love this wonderful example of an Napoleon III era brooch. We love the way the artist united the elegant flowing natural forms with angular contours giving it a strong and magical look. We love its high and rich carat, the colour tones and of course its wonderful design.

We were and are still blow away by this beauty. This Croix de Jeannette made out of solid 18 karat gold is in excellent condition. A cross of Jeannette is a cross without a Christ which ends turn into fleur-de-lis and often have a flower or dove in its center. Just like this pendant, an enamelled flower ( a white violet) covers one side of the center, while the other side shows the letters A and M intertwined with a heart and cross. These initials represent "Auspice Maria : under the protection of Mary". The ends of the cross show the french lily, while the body of the cross itself is covered with scroll shapes. Four textured spheres are placed between the arms of the cross while three smooth spheres are decorating the ends of the arms.

This rare pendant is not hallmarked, but tested for solid 18 karat gold. It was most likely made in France in the 19th century and worn by a young girl who bought it with her first wages on Saint-Jean day. It is therefore called a 'jeannette" and represent the transformation from child to adult, but also Christian faith and financial independence through work.

This exquisite diamond geometrically-designed Art Deco brooch is crafted out of platinum. This precious metal has only just been introduced in the jewellery industry during this period. This platinum brooch is mounted with ninety-seven old cut diamonds. Which were cut to reflect candle light in the most beautiful ways. Art deco was a popular style movement from the beginning of the 20th century. It was eclectic, art deco is a pastiche of the many different styles that preceded it. It combined previous styles with the new upcoming industrial one which was often contradictory. Traditional motifs were complemented by a tighter look that was influenced by the latest technologies opposed to art nouveau, which was very organic.

Regarding the diamonds, the centre of this marvellous brooch is set with a pretty old European cut diamond with an approx weight of 0,5ct. Thirty-eight of other diamonds set in this brooch are old European cuts and are each between approx 0.17ct and 0.03ct. The other diamonds are single cuts all between 0.03ct and 0.015ct each. The makers of this brooch choose the places well for the old cut diamonds, they are symmetrical set, each corner is set with one, just like the central lines, to ensure this brooch to sparkle as bright as possible. All diamonds are of great colour and clarity.

The closure is a trombone gasp which was mainly used in Europe from the beginning till the mid-20th century. It’s an improved security on the clasp which was more fragile before. Like all things they kept improving the clasps of brooches. Later that century a new clasp was invented as a result of which this clasp was no longer made. This trombone clasp has an extra feature, you have to turn the lock to unlock the sliding function of the brooch. Something we haven't seen before, so this beauty must have been made by a very clever and proud goldsmith, who adores this lovely piece he made. The pin and clasp are working perfectly, The brooch itself is made in Platinum, while the pin itself is made in 18k white gold.

We love this brooch because the open work gives this heavy jewel an airy look. The diamonds and geometric design ensure that this jewel is balanced and peaceful but at the same time striking and dazzling. From classic to modern, festive to casual, this antique brooch can be combined with anything.
