It dates back to the mid 2000s, featuring an intriguingly oversize tonneau shaped stainless steel case measuring 42mm wide and 47mm high including the lugs. The silver watch face boasts a very typical Cartier layout: elongated Roman numerals, an inner railroad track and outer 24 hour display for the GMT feature. A secondary hour hand allows the wearer to keep track of not one, but two different time zones at once: a convenient feature when travelling or keeping in touch with contacts in different time zones. All of this is well protected by the tonneau shaped sapphire crystal, with its peculiar lens bubble over the date window at 3 O'clock.
