For sale is a Swiss Made Cartier Ronde Solo men's automatic watch with reference number W6701009, dating back to 2018 based on its warranty certificate. The watch is characterised by a fairly large gold plated stainless steel case with beefy lugs, measuring 42mm in diameter and just over 8mm in thickness. The dial of this particular piece is finished in a bright matte off-white, almost silver or champagne finish depending on the lighting. In signature Cartier fashion, it features large black Roman numerals with an inner "Railroad" minute track, on which blued steel hands indicate the time. A date window can be found at the 3 O'clock position. The crown is original, and again in unmistakable Cartier style boasts a blue cabochon stone.
The watch is powered by a high quality Swiss Made Cartier 049 automatic calibre, which is working perfectly with healthy accuracy and amplitude. Said calibre is an elaborately decorated version of the highly regarded and widely used ETA 2892 movement. Fitted to the watch comes a lightly worn but original Cartier KD4PBW25 brown leather strap with original Cartier gold plated buckle, ready to wear.
The example sold here has been worn, but is still in good condition. You will find normal wear marks on the case, but no coarse damage. The crystal is free from scratches to the naked eye. The strap has been worn, but is in good condition still.
