The diamonds are set as if they are the three leafs of the clover. These lovely diamonds are not of the best quality, yet they bring the right amount of sparkle to the little brooch. a fourth little rose cut diamond is set in the stem of the clover.

For sale is this stunning Georgian cross pendant. This beautiful royal cross was most likely made in Belgium or France in the beginning of the 19th century or late 18th. It is set with exceptionally large rose cut diamonds. These stunning diamonds are in perfect condition and foil back set like all diamonds during that period, this is a special technique that was used to bring the lustre of the diamonds to its best quality.

This stunning cross is made in 18k yellow gold and is in good condition considering its age. It appears that this cross had a repair on the back and that it has some dents on central part of the back.

We adore this cross because Georgian jewelry is rather rare as when time passed most worn out, was melted or taken apart and re-used for more modern designs. We therefore chose to keep the pendant as is, meaning that we did not clean this beauty although that would be possible. The grey looking flowers are originally yellow gold coloured with grey claws. If pleased, we can clean this pendant a bit before shipping it out to give it a better shine and to get the flowers a bit more bright.

This wonderful Victorian eagle brooch stole our hearts the second we laid eyes on it. This antique brooch features a wonderful flying eagle and we believe that it is marked with a French horse head, yet it is only a very small part of it that is visible so we can't be 100% sure, we therefore spectro tested it for 18karat gold. This particular hors-head hallmark is a French hallmark that was set in gold jewelry between 1838 and 1919. An antique cut ruby set in the snakes head bings the right amount of colour to the brooch. This brooch is in working condition with a safety hook and pin. This lovely brooch is in very good condition considering its age, it has a little hook at the bottom to attach a small pocket watch or a pendant. On top of that it has a small hoop at the eagles mouth so you can attach a pearl or small charm there.

An Eagle is often the symbol of bravery, it is meant to encourage and inspire people to reaching higher. To push your limits to see what you can do. Eagles should bring a sense of courage and a desire to explore in order to grow.

We are happy to introduce you to this work of art from the Napoleon III period during the late 19th century, also known as the late Victorian period. This floral themed collar brooch is crafted 18 Karat solid gold and features stunning floral shaped hand engraved decoration and eight rose cut diamonds. The boarder is a raised, hollow, textured boarder with little crosses on them, typical for jewels made during this period in France and its neighbour countries. The many small details show how patient they have been in making such a beautiful jewel, purely handmade which still blows our minds.

These earrings were most likely crafted at the end of the 19th century around 1880 in Belgium, they don't carry a hallmark, so we tested them for 18 karat solid gold.

These lovely earrings where made during the 19th century, when Queen Victoria was the ruler of the United Kingdom. Queen Victoria was an influential person. Her style and sense of fashion became almost a benchmark during her reign. Queen Victoria has devoted much attention on bringing nature into her home and that of her nation throughout her reign. For example plants but also animals were often depicted in her jewellery but also as decoration on furniture and other utensils.

The oval dome shaped bases are covered with little engravings, each centre holds a very well detailled 3D floral shape set with two little turquoise cabochons and a pearl. This Ruby Tank ring is made in 18 k Yellow gold and marked with a PT99 mark (saying that the white part is patina), a makers mark and a Belgian 0,750 mark. This type of ring is called a Tank ring thanks to to the Tanks of the Second World War. These tank rings where mostly created during the 40's and 50's and are a perfect example of the retro style. They are heavy, voluminous and have often asymmetrical forms.

Three lines set with 12 diamonds steals the show, they sparkle bright in the white patina setting. They are single cut and combine for an approx. weight of 0,36ct. This Victorian brooch is decorated with a ladybird resting on a shield. This shield is flanked by two small but stunning flowers. In the centre of these silver flowers we find two rose cut diamonds. A rose cut diamond is created to reflect candle light on there big facets. Therefore they give a warmer sparkle than modern cut brilliant diamonds.

The detailing of the ladybird itself is also stunning. The body is made out of a red tourmaline cabochon. Over the centre runs a small line made out of 18K rose gold to create the illusion of two separate wing covers. This 18k rose gold is also used to create the small legs of the ladybird. The upper body and head are made out of silver, this upper body is jewelled with two small rose cut diamonds. We are delighted to show you this marvellous cross of Lorraine. It is not only a delicate, well made cross, it also shows Joan of Arc. Joan of Arc might be one of the most famous heroines in history, a martyr, who was burned at the stake. In 1920, she became the Patron Saint of France.

This double barred cross is a light charm with a lot of detail. It has been loved and worn a lot. We can tell by the fact that it is a little bit bend, because the top layer of detailles is a little rubbed off and because the bail has been repaired. Because of this, the hallmark is gone. Yet we believe that this is a French made pendant which we tested for solid 18k gold.

We are so happy to show you these magnificent heirlooms. These antique earrings are crafted in 18 karat yellow gold and very detailled. These earrings were most likely crafted at the end of the 19th century or the early 1900's in Belgium, they don't carry a hallmark, but were tested for 18 karat solid gold.

These lovely earrings where made when Queen Victoria was the ruler of the United Kingdom. Queen Victoria was an influential person. Her style and sense of fashion became almost a benchmark during her reign. She has devoted much attention on bringing nature into her home and that of her nation throughout her reign. For example plants but also animals were often depicted in her jewellery but also as decoration on furniture and other utensils.

The plain bases function as some kind of canvas around a very well detailled 3D flower set with a total of fourteen little turquoise cabochons. The top of each earring holds a smaller floral set turquoise above some delicate scrolls. the fact that the earrings were made out of two parts, which makes them able to swing around, giving the earrings an even more joyful look. These longer earrings are not heavy and therefore the perfect earrings to wear all day long. They will move and swing smoothly while you are walk around to show them off, like they should be shown off.

This stunner is set with diamonds, rubies and a pearl. The details in this brooch are phenomenal. The wings are wonderfully engraved, the settings of the pearl and rubies are finished with filigree and to ensure the diamonds to sparkle more, they are set in gold covered silver so they blend in perfectly and form a bigger sparkling union.

This stunning brooch is set with twenty marvellous rose cut diamonds. These diamonds were all cut by hand and therefore unique, which makes us loving them even more. But not only the diamonds steel the show, the stunning pearl adds the right amount of class to this brooch. On top of that, two red rubies are used as the eyes of this beauty. These old cut rubies have both a diameter of approx 2,1mm. This lovely bee is not hallmarked, yet we believe it has a Belgian origin. There are 20 diamonds, all rose cut. The fourteen smallest have a diameter of approximately 2 mm, the biggest one in the tail has a diameter of approx 2,7mm and the four in the wings are approx 2,7*2,2 mm. The prettiest and biggest one forming the queens head is approx 3,4*3,4 mm.

For sale is this wonderful late Victorian 18 K yellow gold clover. This yellow gold clover is decorated with white gold leafs on each lobe and holds a half seed pearl in its center. The brooch is hallmarked with a French horse head. This particular hors-head hallmark is a French hallmark that was set in gold jewelry between 1838 and 1919. Meaning that this ring is dating back to the French Napoleon III period during English Queen Victoria's reign.

Furthermore, each clover-leaf stands for something, the first leaf is for hope, the second is for faith, and the third is for charity. It is also said that it would be in the image of God: a single plant with three lobes, which represents the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

This exquisite diamond geometrically-designed Art Deco brooch is crafted out of platinum. This precious metal has only just been introduced in the jewellery industry during this period. This platinum brooch is mounted with ninety-seven old cut diamonds. Which were cut to reflect candle light in the most beautiful ways. Art deco was a popular style movement from the beginning of the 20th century. It was eclectic, art deco is a pastiche of the many different styles that preceded it. It combined previous styles with the new upcoming industrial one which was often contradictory. Traditional motifs were complemented by a tighter look that was influenced by the latest technologies opposed to art nouveau, which was very organic.

Regarding the diamonds, the centre of this marvellous brooch is set with a pretty old European cut diamond with an approx weight of 0,5ct. Thirty-eight of other diamonds set in this brooch are old European cuts and are each between approx 0.17ct and 0.03ct. The other diamonds are single cuts all between 0.03ct and 0.015ct each. The makers of this brooch choose the places well for the old cut diamonds, they are symmetrical set, each corner is set with one, just like the central lines, to ensure this brooch to sparkle as bright as possible. All diamonds are of great colour and clarity.

The closure is a trombone gasp which was mainly used in Europe from the beginning till the mid-20th century. It’s an improved security on the clasp which was more fragile before. Like all things they kept improving the clasps of brooches. Later that century a new clasp was invented as a result of which this clasp was no longer made. This trombone clasp has an extra feature, you have to turn the lock to unlock the sliding function of the brooch. Something we haven't seen before, so this beauty must have been made by a very clever and proud goldsmith, who adores this lovely piece he made. The pin and clasp are working perfectly, The brooch itself is made in Platinum, while the pin itself is made in 18k white gold.

This wonderful Victorian owl brooch stole our hearts the second we laid eyes on it. This antique brooch features a wonderful owl head with many details making the feathers almost appear to be real. Two antique cut rubies are set in the eyes of the owl which bing the right amount of colour to the brooch. This brooch is in working condition with a safety hook and pin which we believe has been replaced by a newer one by its previous owner. The safety hook has an extra little clip securing the pin itself. This lovely brooch is in very good condition considering its age, yet we like to mention that it has some damage at the top and bottom of the back of the brooch. This is not visible from the front.

For sale is this Marvellous 18 K gold Victorian Locket. This piece was crafted during the 19th century in France and is therefor also called a Napoleon III jewel. This stunning rectangle locket has rounded edges, which give this beauty a soft and attractive appearance. It is decorated with bread taking engravings on the frond and back side. On top of that the center of the front side is engraved with the initials A.B.

This stunning locket is hallmarked with French 'Charançon' and is in very good condition considering its age. It has some small dents, as you can see on the pictures and short video. We love every little detail of this absolute beauty. It is well detailed, has a joyful appearance and provides to option to keep your loved once close to your heart. 

This wonderful Art Deco bar brooch stole our hearts the second we laid eyes on it. This antique brooch features three wonderful old European cut diamonds. Which were cut to reflect candle light in the most beautiful ways. Art deco was a popular style movement from the beginning of the 20th century. It was eclectic, art deco is a pastiche of the many different styles that preceded it. It combined previous styles with the new upcoming industrial one which was often contradictory. Traditional motifs were complemented by a tighter look that was influenced by the latest technologies opposed to art nouveau, which was very organic.

Regarding the diamonds, the centre of this lovely brooch is set with a pretty old European cut diamond with an approx weight of 0,17ct. Four rose cut diamonds flan this stone, to be flanked in turn by two single old cut diamonds. These two diamonds have a combined weight of approx. 0,06ct. We love honesty, and therefore like to mention that one of the smaller diamonds is a bit damaged at the top, a part is chipped off, this  is not that visible with the naked eye, yet we prefer to let you know.

The closure is a trombone gasp which was mainly used in Europe from the beginning till the mid-20th century. It’s an improved security on the clasp which was more fragile before. Like all things they kept improving the clasps of brooches. Later that century a new clasp was invented as a result of which this clasp was no longer made. The pin and clasp are working perfectly, not to say very well since the closure is a little stubborn and therefore very sturdy. The brooch itself is made in yellow gold, while the top of the pin is plated with rhodium to give it a white gold look.

We love this brooch because the open work gives this heavy jewel an airy look. The diamonds and geometric design ensure that this jewel is balanced and peaceful but at the same time striking and dazzling. From classic to modern, festive to casual, this antique brooch can be combined with anything.

For sale is antique rose gold ring which stole our hearts the minute we laid eyes on her. This marvellous floral ring is made in 18K rose gold and set with little but romantic rose cut diamonds. These diamonds where set in the shape of a flower with eight petals. The ring is in ok condition, but not the best. The central blue sapphire is chipped and one of the diamonds has been reset. But this beauty is authentic and old and that makes that we absolutely adore it. This ring is most likely crafted around 1890 in Belgium during English Queen Victoria's reign. The light hollow bases are covered with stamped flowers, each centre holds a pinkish glass stone. The top of each earring is a copy of the dangling part but smaller. Six hollow pendants dangle below this whole giving the earrings an even more joyful look. These long earrings are not that heavy and therefore the perfect earrings to wear all day long. They will move and swing smoothly while you are walk around to show them off, like they should be shown off.

For sale are these adorable antique earrings crafted during the Georgian era 1714-1830. These beauties are set with foil-backed rose cut diamonds, arranged in a flower formation. The gemstones are set in silver backed with gold as was typical at this time because jewellers believed that silver was the only material able to enhance the beauty of diamonds. We have to admit that it is a wonderful combination and a very recognisable combination to this Georgian era. The gold layer on the back was to prevent the wearers skin to turn black from the silver, very smart right? They bear no hallmark but we believe that they are of Dutch or Belgium origin with later replaced screw back in 14 ct yellow gold.

For sale is this stunning Victorian brooch. This royal diamond brooch was most likely made in Belgium or France in the middle of the 19th century. It is set with exceptionally large rose cut diamonds. These stunning diamonds are in very good condition and foil back set like most diamonds during that period, this is a special technique that was used to bring the lustre of the diamonds to its best quality. A crescent shape set with seven large rose cut diamonds is the central part of this piece. Floral shapes, small hand made engravings and twisted gold ropes finish off the large base of this brooch. Meanwhile small dangling flowers set with tiny rose cut diamonds ensure that this piece is a joyful treasure. This extraordinary brooch is made in 18k yellow gold and is in very good condition considering its age. We choose not to polish it in any way. This results in some parts still having their patina colours which they gained over the years.

We adore this brooch because of all its lustre, moreover what is not to love about this beauty. Furthermore because Victorian jewels like this one, are rather rare as when time passed, most are worn out, were melted or taken apart and re-used for more modern designs. We therefore chose to keep the pendant as is, meaning that we did not clean this beauty although that would be possible. If pleased, we can clean this pendant a bit before shipping it out to give it a better shine.

We are happy to introduce you to this work of art from the Napoleon III period during the late 19th century, also known as the late Victorian period. This round floral collar brooch is crafted 18 Karat solid gold and features stunning floral hand engraved decoration. In the centre of this beauty, we find three clustered half pearls, encircled by many wonderful floral leaf themed engraving. This lovely round base is encircled by a raised puffy circle like a wraith. This circle is decorated with four additional small seed pearls to give the brooch an extra romantic touch. The many small details show how patient they have been in making such a beautiful jewel, purely handmade which still blows our minds.

The brooch is functioning and in good condition considering its age, yet we like to let you know that there are two little cracks on the left and right side of the raised boarder, as clearly visible in the pictures. This antique brooch is equipped with a C closure and a longer pin, typical of late nineteenth century, since clothing was fabricated in thicker materials. This light stunning brooch is not hallmarked but spectro tested for 18k gold.

For sale is this lovely bulky single Cut diamond ring. This Ruby Tank ring is made in 18 k Yellow gold, which turned some what orangy during the years. It is a great layer of patina and a typical colour of gold for jewels from this period.  It is marked with a Belgian makers mark and a 0,750 mark for 18 karat solid gold. This type of ring is called a Tank ring thanks to to the Tanks of the Second World War. These tank rings where mostly created during the 40's and 50's and are a perfect example of the retro style. They are heavy and voluminous.

Two central lines of diamonds are set in a bow, giving the ring some extra volume. Six baguette cut rubies steals the show on each side of this line. These rubies are set in a yellow gold setting making them pop-out even more. (These gold settings with rubies are kept in place by two screws. One of them is the original one in gold, the other screw has been replaced by its previous owner for a black one.) These pink gemstones are flanked by many single cut diamonds. These diamonds are all set in platinum. They ensure the correct amount of 'sparkle' in their white coloured setting. This wonderful ring is set with a total of 28 natural diamonds that combine for a total weight of approximately 0,8 ct.

For sale is this wonderful Victorian 18 Karat yellow gold photo locket covered with a little lily of the valley/mistletoes. The front is decorated with a small but beautiful seed pearl set in a floral formation. The pearl is the flower head, while a fine engraving is the stem and greenish gold leafs make the whole marvellous. This antique pendant was made in France during the late 19th century. In this period Queen Victoria lost her beloved King Albert, therefore mourning jewellery became more popular in this period. Because of this, a locket like this one, is a traditionally loving gift to love, honour and remember a loved one. This locket ensures you that you are able to carry your loved once close to your heart.

This dainty locket is in good condition considering its age. It has a few small dents on the back as well as the front, as clearly visible in the pictures and short movie. This beautiful and generous cross pendant is a real treat for the eye. This art deco pendant is fully set with diamonds that are all decorated and put in the spotlight by millegraine detailing and finishes which make them appear as one. The main shape of the cross is set with twenty-four single cut diamonds. These are all of SI-P quality according to the current 21st century standards, although this quality is the most common quality used for beautiful antique jewelry like this one. In total this cross holds approx. 1,6 ct of diamonds. 

In the center of the cross we find an old European cut diamond with SI quality and with an approx weight of 0,25 ct. This pendant has beautiful open-work parts. These arise because the main arms of the cross are flanked by extra thin lanes that are attached to the centre cross via geometric filigree decoration. The inner corners of the cross are in turn decorated with triangular shapes which are, like the rest of this jewel, set with hand cut diamonds. Each triangle holds six diamonds, all rose or single cut. These triangles provide its extra strong Art Deco look.
