° Shipping and delivery times
We will ship your order insured within two working days after placement using Bpost international. Once you placed your order, you will receive a track and trace code to follow your order online.
Your order will be handed over to your national postal service by Bpost. They will mostly deliver your package between 8 a.m and 5 p.m. A customer signature is required at the delivery, because your order is insured. If you are seldom at home, you may want to arrange for parcels to be delivered to a family member, a neighbourhood shop or your work address. You can register multiple delivery addresses in your account and choose the best one for each order. If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the driver will return to your address the next day. If you are out again, the driver will return the parcel to a local service point where you will be able to collect your package.
We will send you an e-mail when we hand over your parcel to the driver. If you are in Belgium, Luxembourg or a specific part of the Netherlands, you will ordinarily receive your parcel the next day. Elsewhere in Europe you can expect to receive delivery within three to seven days. Packages to the US are mostly delivered within two weeks. Unfortunately it is harder to predict when your package will arrive when you live outside of Europe.
° Shipping rates
Shipping is always free of charge.
Your order will be securely packaged in a nice box with some extra bubblewrap inside so your purchase will be safe during travels. This box will be placed inside a cardboard box with protective materials and sent insured with the local postal service. On top you will receive a tracking code as soon as it’s shipped so you can follow up your package.
We accept returns for any reason within three days after you received your order. We believe that it is important that you are pleased with your order, if you are not please contact us so we can arrange a return. Please ensure that you adhere to the following instructions when returning any item:
- Send an e-mail to email@example.com with your order number and state which product(s) you would like to return and why.
- Please wait until you receive a reply before returning your item.
- In our reply you will receive the correct return address. In order to receive the refund, the item must be returned to us the same way it was received. (Shipping box, securely with bubble wrap or other protective materials, the package must be shipped insured at buyers charge if you live outside of Europe) Remember to retain proof of postage and get us the tracking code .
- When we received the package we open it under a camera, if the item is still intact and in the same condition as we send it, the buyer will receive a refund.
When you receive a parcel from us, please open the shipping box and the product packaging carefully so that you can use it to return items to us.
