For sale is this lovely small Rose Cut diamond ring. This thin Tank ring is made in 18 karat Yellow gold and tested with a spectro meter to not damage the ring. This type of ring is called a Tank ring thanks to to the Tanks of the Second World War. These tank rings where mostly created during the 40's and 50's and are a perfect example of the retro style. They are voluminous and have often symmetrical forms.
A large white pearl is in the centre of the ring. Little rose cut diamonds are set around it, they sparkle bright in their white coloured setting. One of these little diamonds was replaced by its previous owner for a modern brilliant cut diamond. We adore this marvellous ring. It is rough, yet elegant and holds one of our favourite diamonds, rose cuts.
- Head of ring sits approximately 8 mm off the finger.
- The Ring shank is 1 mm wide.
- The ring head is 11,5 mm wide and 15 mm long.
- The ring size is 6 1/2 US - 53 FR but can be resized a bit by a skilled goldsmith.
