This lovely 18 karat Yellow gold ring holds the most beautiful and popular love medallion of all times. Plus qu'hier et moins que demain. This lovely medallion depicts a small cross and minus in the places of the words 'plus' and 'moins'. The cross is set with a small but sparkly single cut diamond while the minus is set with two synthetic rubies. When we look closely we see a small inscription in the medallion. Namely A.Augis, which stands for Alphonse Augis. He was a famous jeweller from Lyon who started making these types of love medallions.

This exquisite diamond geometrically-designed Art Deco brooch is crafted out of platinum. This precious metal has only just been introduced in the jewellery industry during this period. This platinum brooch is mounted with ninety-seven old cut diamonds. Which were cut to reflect candle light in the most beautiful ways. Art deco was a popular style movement from the beginning of the 20th century. It was eclectic, art deco is a pastiche of the many different styles that preceded it. It combined previous styles with the new upcoming industrial one which was often contradictory. Traditional motifs were complemented by a tighter look that was influenced by the latest technologies opposed to art nouveau, which was very organic.

Regarding the diamonds, the centre of this marvellous brooch is set with a pretty old European cut diamond with an approx weight of 0,5ct. Thirty-eight of other diamonds set in this brooch are old European cuts and are each between approx 0.17ct and 0.03ct. The other diamonds are single cuts all between 0.03ct and 0.015ct each. The makers of this brooch choose the places well for the old cut diamonds, they are symmetrical set, each corner is set with one, just like the central lines, to ensure this brooch to sparkle as bright as possible. All diamonds are of great colour and clarity.

The closure is a trombone gasp which was mainly used in Europe from the beginning till the mid-20th century. It’s an improved security on the clasp which was more fragile before. Like all things they kept improving the clasps of brooches. Later that century a new clasp was invented as a result of which this clasp was no longer made. This trombone clasp has an extra feature, you have to turn the lock to unlock the sliding function of the brooch. Something we haven't seen before, so this beauty must have been made by a very clever and proud goldsmith, who adores this lovely piece he made. The pin and clasp are working perfectly, The brooch itself is made in Platinum, while the pin itself is made in 18k white gold.

We love this brooch because the open work gives this heavy jewel an airy look. The diamonds and geometric design ensure that this jewel is balanced and peaceful but at the same time striking and dazzling. From classic to modern, festive to casual, this antique brooch can be combined with anything.

We are happy to introduce you to this work of art from the Napoleon III period during the late 19th century, also known as the late Victorian period. This squared collar brooch is crafted 18 K solid gold and features stunning floral hand engraved decoration. In the centre of this beauty, we find two small but radiant rubies. These little rubies are accompanied by a small half pearl. They are the flower heads of the hand engraved flower covering this little treasure. The many small details show how patient they have been in making such a beautiful jewel, purely handmade which still blows our minds.

The brooch is functioning and in good condition considering its age. This antique brooch is equipped with a C closure and a longer pin, typical of late nineteenth century, since clothing was fabricated in thicker materials. This light stunning brooch is not hallmarked but spectro tested for 18k gold.

We love this wonderful example of an Art Nouveau brooch crafted during the late Napoleon III era in Europe. We love the way the artist united the elegant flowing natural forms with angular contours giving it a strong and magical look. This nineteenth century brooch features a sweet cherub, holding a basket with three gemstones while floating through the air with his sparkling wings and a ribbon around its waist. We are pleased to let you know that this brooch is in excellent condition. The longer pin with C clasp works perfectly, did you know that this pin is longer than modern pins because fabrics used to be thicker during the Victorian era? An additional pin was added to this brooch with a safety chain as an extra safety measure. This stunning brooch is set with a total of thirty-six rose cut diamonds and one large old mine cut one. These authentic natural diamonds were all cut by hand and therefore unique, which makes us loving them even more.

For sale is this lovely bulky Rose Cut diamond ring. This Tank ring is made in 18 karat rose gold and set with ten rose cut diamonds. This type of ring is called a Tank ring thanks to to the Tanks of the Second World War. These tank rings where mostly created during the 40's and 50's, as is this one, it is a perfect example of the retro style. In the middle between the six little rose cut diamonds, set in star shaped setings, there is a central vertical line with some additional rose cut diamonds that steal the show. It are four larger rose cut diamonds that give the ring some extra sparkle in their platina setting. We adore this marvellous ring. It is Bombastic, yet elegant and holds one of our favorite diamonds, rose cuts.

For sale is this wonderful 1900's solid gold pendant covered with bell shaped flowers, hand engravings and the date 1915. The base is a flower shaped plate encircled by a round textured circle. A common and very lovey design from this time. The front of this wonderful charm redas 'Jean Aliot 7 Mai 1915" and is adorned with four hand engraved little flowers resembling lily of the valley. The back is engraved with ' Campagne 1914 1915' referring to the war. This antique pendant was made in France and is marked with a French horse head. This particular hors-head hallmark is a French hallmark that was set in gold jewelry between 1838 and 1919. Meaning that this pendant is dating back to the French Napoleon III period during English Queen Victoria's reign.

We are delighted to present this extraordinary pendant, our heart literally skipped a beat when we laid our eyes on it for the first time, and keeps on doing it every time we look at it. This beautiful treasure is full of hidden meanings depicting the holy communion with Jesus Christ on the front. While a dove, grain, lamb and grapes are visible on the back.

Victorian French old miner cut diamond ribbon brooch in Silver and solid 18 karat gold.

We are delighted to introduce you to this French mid 19th century beauty. This bow shaped brooch is set with antique old mine cut diamonds as well as with rose cut diamonds. A dazzling 98 diamonds were set in this brooch to take your breath away. With the larges eleven in the center. An old mine cut diamond with an approx weight of 0,4 carat is encircled with ten rose cut diamonds. These authentic natural diamonds are all set in silver, backed with gold as was typical at this time. They did this because jewellers believed that silver was the only material able to enhance the beauty of diamonds. We have to admit that it is a wonderful combination and a very recognisable style to this early Victorian era. The gold layer on the back was to prevent the wearers skin to turn black from the silver, very smart right

This jewel, dating back to circa 1850's, is in very good condition considering its age. The many small details show how patient they have been in making such a beautiful jewel, purely handmade which still blows our minds. The brooch is functioning well and equipped with a C closure with a longer pin, typical for this period since clothing was fabricated in thicker materials. A small but sturdy hook makes it possible to wear a pendant or pocket watch below the brooch. This stunning brooch is hallmarked with a French eagle head which is in use since 1838. Furthermore it is hallmarked with a French boar head, the guarantee mark for silver which was used since 1838 aswel.

This wonderful Victorian eagle brooch stole our hearts the second we laid eyes on it. This antique brooch features a wonderful flying eagle and we believe that it is marked with a French horse head, yet it is only a very small part of it that is visible so we can't be 100% sure, we therefore spectro tested it for 18karat gold. This particular hors-head hallmark is a French hallmark that was set in gold jewelry between 1838 and 1919. An antique cut ruby set in the snakes head bings the right amount of colour to the brooch. This brooch is in working condition with a safety hook and pin. This lovely brooch is in very good condition considering its age, it has a little hook at the bottom to attach a small pocket watch or a pendant. On top of that it has a small hoop at the eagles mouth so you can attach a pearl or small charm there.

An Eagle is often the symbol of bravery, it is meant to encourage and inspire people to reaching higher. To push your limits to see what you can do. Eagles should bring a sense of courage and a desire to explore in order to grow.

The back of this medal is engraved with the incredibly detailed initials R C. Around these scroll themed initials, we read the words "souvenir de 1 iere communion - 7 May 1896 " Meaning that this pendant is dating back to the French Napoleon III period during English Queen Victoria's reign.

The maker of this charm was a true artist, we are blown away by the beauty and detail of this charm. He chose for a star like cut out and floral hand made engravings. The raised border makes it appear even stronger and refined.

We are thrilled to show you these magnificent Dutch heirlooms. These antique earrings are crafted in 18 karat solid yellow gold with a champagne hue. These earrings were most likely crafted at the end of the 19th century around 1880. They were worn by women in some parts of the Netherlands and represent the rich cultural heritage the Netherlands has to offer.

The rose-yellow gold bases are covered with very well detailled orangy-coloured gold flowers holding a small dot in their center. These two flowers with green-coloured leafs are 3D placed on top of the bases. The top of each earring holds a white natural, claw set pearl. Small dangling pendants at the bottom of the earrings finish the romantic yet playful look. We like to mention that one of the earrings had a little repair done many many years ago as visible in the pictures while the base of the other earring has a little dent. These long earrings are light and therefore the perfect earrings to wear all day long. They will move and swing smoothly while you are walk around to show them off, like they should.

We love these European beauties, which date back to the Victorian era, because they represent everything that was common during this period. We adore its grandeur, the elegant shapes and floral forms that are very well created and preserved. These earrings are in very good condition, especially considering their age.

We are happy to introduce you to this work of art from the Napoleon III period during the late 19th century, also known as the Victorian period. This collar brooch is crafted 18 karat solid gold and features stunning floral shapes. In its centre we find an enamel adorned oval. This black and white enamel makes the hand engraved floral artwork pop out. This specific enamel pallet in combination with the warm gold was mainly used in the France during the 1850s and 60's. The many small details show how patient they have been in making such a beautiful jewel, purely handmade which still blows our minds.

Three small hoops at the bottom of the brooch were used to give the owner of the brooch many ways to wear the brooch. Plain in day time and with dangling pearls for example at night. It was quite in fashion to have modular jewels back in that period in time.

The brooch is functioning and in very good condition considering its age. This antique brooch is equipped with a C closure and a long pin typical of late nineteenth century, since clothing was fabricated in thicker materials. This light stunning brooch is hallmarked with a French horse head. This particular hors-head hallmark is a French hallmark that was set in gold jewelry between 1838 and 1919. This wonderful Victorian owl brooch stole our hearts the second we laid eyes on it. This antique brooch features a wonderful owl head with many details making the feathers almost appear to be real. Two antique cut rubies are set in the eyes of the owl which bing the right amount of colour to the brooch. This brooch is in working condition with a safety hook and pin which we believe has been replaced by a newer one by its previous owner. The safety hook has an extra little clip securing the pin itself. This lovely brooch is in very good condition considering its age, yet we like to mention that it has some damage at the top and bottom of the back of the brooch. This is not visible from the front.

In many cultures, owls are believed to possess protective qualities because of their ability to see through the darkness. This has made them symbols of insight and intuition. Owls are often thought to bring good luck to those who need clarity and guidance, particularly in uncertain times.

For sale is this lovely 14k yellow gold pendant. This lovely pendant is a replica of the Minoan Bees, also known as the Bees of Malia. The pendant is hallmarked with a 585 mark and unfortunately the back is a bit damaged as visible in the pictures.

The original artifact was found in 1930 in Malia, Crete, Greece and dates back to the early Minoan civilisation 1800-1650 BC. This royal charm features two bees, heraldically arranged around a bee hive. They are both feeding on a honey drop. Three gold droplets represent a bountiful pollen harvest, and just below the bale sits the crown of the Queen Bee.These bees represent the fecundity of the earth and the cyclical rhythms of life and death. This bow shaped double-clip brooch is set with tapered baguette and old brilliant cut diamonds, most of these old cuts have a lovely little cullet. This jewel, dating back to circa 1920's, is in very good condition considering its age. The many small details show how patient they have been in making such a beautiful jewel, purely handmade which still blows our minds. For sale are these rare day and night Napoleon III earrings. These 18 karat rose gold dormeuse earrings (also called sleepers) have a front closure and are decorated with textured bows, two dots and are finished with a lot of detail. The fine details are well made and preserved considering their age. The teardrop shaped pendants are hollow, but in great condition. One of the dormeuses has had a repair by its previous owner which left the front a bit darker and dented.

You can either wear them as small dormeuse earrings or gala party earrings with the dangling parts attached. These small round shaped beauties are not marked but were tested for 18 karat gold. The dangling 'night'-parts are hallmarked with French eagle head hallmarks.

Four Sapphires were specially cut for this treasure. They fit perfectly, are still in great condition considering the age of the pendant and are deep blue, triangle shaped and convex.


The centre holds a larger brilliant cut diamond set in a squared platinum setting decorated with small dots. The rest of the cross is set on the arms itself, twenty-eight smaller single cut diamond are placed in line into platinum rectangles to make them appear as one sparkling line. Moreover they added even smaller rose cut diamonds next to the sapphires to make the line as perfect as possible. This gorgeous high society opera lorgnette is crafted out of 18 karat solid yellow gold in France. This lovely detailed throughout attribute is engraved by hand and has a very royal appearance. Like most Victorian jewelry, in the center of this glasses-cover we find a graceful flower that is surrounded by elegant and floral curls. The many details and all the extra small engravings ensure that this large pendant is breathtakingly beautiful.

This Victorian heirloom is marked with French eagle heads and a makers mark AG. The glasses itself are in a very good condition considering their age. There are no big scratches in the glass, only some small cut-outs at the edges of the glass as you can see in the pictures. These folding glasses are provided with a hidden activation lever for the spring-load mechanism, so the glasses pop open once you pressed this release clasp.

This type of accessory were a common sight at the opera and theatre during the 19th century. They were the stylish and royal precursor to modern opera glasses. Freely translate the french word lorgnette means 'to eye furtively' meaning it was used for more than only to see the opera itself. Especially by curios rich ladies in the balconies who, due to etiquette, were not allowed to look behind them to discover who entered their box and with whom this new spectator came to see the opera. Therefor they used these glasses as a secret mirror too, using the glasses reflection. I just tried it and I was amazed by the fact that it worked perfectly.
