We are thrilled to show you these magnificent heirlooms. These antique earrings are crafted in 18 ct yellow gold and very detailled. These earrings were most likely crafted at the middle of the 19th century around 1860, they don't carry a hallmark, so we tested them for 18 karat solid gold.

These lovely earrings where made during the 19th century, when Queen Victoria was the ruler of the United Kingdom. Queen Victoria was an influential person. Her style and sense of fashion became almost a benchmark during her reign. Queen Victoria has devoted much attention on bringing nature into her home and that of her nation throughout her reign. For example plants but also animals were often depicted in her jewellery but also as decoration on furniture and other utensils.

The light hollow bases are covered with stamped flowers, each centre holds a pinkish glass stone. The top of each earring is a copy of the dangling part but smaller. Six hollow pendants dangle below this whole giving the earrings an even more joyful look. These long earrings are not that heavy and therefore the perfect earrings to wear all day long. They will move and swing smoothly while you are walk around to show them off, like they should be shown off.

We love these European beauties, which date back to the Victorian era, because they represent everything that was common during this period. We adore its grandeur, the elegant shapes and floral forms that are very well created and preserved. These earrings are in very good condition, they show some dents as visible in the pictures. Yet they are in great shape especially considering their age.

This particular hors-head hallmark is a French hallmark that was set in gold jewelry between 1838 and 1919. For sale is this wonderful late Victorian 18 K yellow gold clover. This yellow gold clover is decorated with white gold leafs on each lobe and holds a half seed pearl in its center. The brooch is hallmarked with a French horse head. This particular hors-head hallmark is a French hallmark that was set in gold jewelry between 1838 and 1919. Meaning that this ring is dating back to the French Napoleon III period during English Queen Victoria's reign.

Furthermore, each clover-leaf stands for something, the first leaf is for hope, the second is for faith, and the third is for charity. It is also said that it would be in the image of God: a single plant with three lobes, which represents the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

The brooch is functioning and in good condition considering its age. It is equipped with a C closure and a long pin typical of late nineteenth century, since clothing was fabricated in thicker materials. This exquisite diamond geometrically-designed Art Deco brooch is crafted out of platinum. This precious metal has only just been introduced in the jewellery industry during this period. This platinum brooch is mounted with ninety-seven old cut diamonds. Which were cut to reflect candle light in the most beautiful ways. Art deco was a popular style movement from the beginning of the 20th century. It was eclectic, art deco is a pastiche of the many different styles that preceded it. It combined previous styles with the new upcoming industrial one which was often contradictory. Traditional motifs were complemented by a tighter look that was influenced by the latest technologies opposed to art nouveau, which was very organic.

Regarding the diamonds, the centre of this marvellous brooch is set with a pretty old European cut diamond with an approx weight of 0,5ct. Thirty-eight of other diamonds set in this brooch are old European cuts and are each between approx 0.17ct and 0.03ct. The other diamonds are single cuts all between 0.03ct and 0.015ct each. The makers of this brooch choose the places well for the old cut diamonds, they are symmetrical set, each corner is set with one, just like the central lines, to ensure this brooch to sparkle as bright as possible. All diamonds are of great colour and clarity.

The closure is a trombone gasp which was mainly used in Europe from the beginning till the mid-20th century. It’s an improved security on the clasp which was more fragile before. Like all things they kept improving the clasps of brooches. Later that century a new clasp was invented as a result of which this clasp was no longer made. This trombone clasp has an extra feature, you have to turn the lock to unlock the sliding function of the brooch. Something we haven't seen before, so this beauty must have been made by a very clever and proud goldsmith, who adores this lovely piece he made. The pin and clasp are working perfectly, The brooch itself is made in Platinum, while the pin itself is made in 18k white gold.

We love this brooch because the open work gives this heavy jewel an airy look. The diamonds and geometric design ensure that this jewel is balanced and peaceful but at the same time striking and dazzling. From classic to modern, festive to casual, this antique brooch can be combined with anything.

Two large bulb shaped forms steal the show. We are happy to introduce you to this work of art from the Napoleon III period during the late 19th century, also known as the late Victorian period. This floral star themed collar brooch is crafted 18 Karat solid gold and features stunning floral hand engraved decoration. In the centre of this beauty, we find a greyish half pearl, encircled by a star shaped engraving. This lovely round base is encircled with many little pearls. Some of them are set in little rounds, while others are set in marvellous little star. These stars are alternated with greenish gold flowers with a lot of detail. The many small details show how patient they have been in making such a beautiful jewel, purely handmade which still blows our minds.

The brooch is functioning and in good condition considering its age, yet we like to let you know that there is a crack in the centre, as clearly visible in the pictures. This antique brooch is equipped with a C closure and a longer pin, typical of late nineteenth century, since clothing was fabricated in thicker materials. This light stunning brooch is not hallmarked but spectro tested for 18k gold.

For sale is this stunning Victorian brooch. This royal diamond brooch was most likely made in Belgium or France in the middle of the 19th century. It is set with exceptionally large rose cut diamonds. These stunning diamonds are in very good condition and foil back set like most diamonds during that period, this is a special technique that was used to bring the lustre of the diamonds to its best quality. A crescent shape set with seven large rose cut diamonds is the central part of this piece. Floral shapes, small hand made engravings and twisted gold ropes finish off the large base of this brooch. Meanwhile small dangling flowers set with tiny rose cut diamonds ensure that this piece is a joyful treasure. This extraordinary brooch is made in 18k yellow gold and is in very good condition considering its age. We choose not to polish it in any way. This results in some parts still having their patina colours which they gained over the years.

We adore this brooch because of all its lustre, moreover what is not to love about this beauty. Furthermore because Victorian jewels like this one, are rather rare as when time passed, most are worn out, were melted or taken apart and re-used for more modern designs. We therefore chose to keep the pendant as is, meaning that we did not clean this beauty although that would be possible. If pleased, we can clean this pendant a bit before shipping it out to give it a better shine.

We are happy to introduce you to this work of art from the Napoleon III period during the late 19th century, also known as the late Victorian period. This round floral collar brooch is crafted 18 Karat solid gold and features stunning floral hand engraved decoration. In the centre of this beauty, we find three clustered half pearls, encircled by many wonderful floral leaf themed engraving. This lovely round base is encircled by a raised puffy circle like a wraith. This circle is decorated with four additional small seed pearls to give the brooch an extra romantic touch. The many small details show how patient they have been in making such a beautiful jewel, purely handmade which still blows our minds.

The brooch is functioning and in good condition considering its age, yet we like to let you know that there are two little cracks on the left and right side of the raised boarder, as clearly visible in the pictures. This antique brooch is equipped with a C closure and a longer pin, typical of late nineteenth century, since clothing was fabricated in thicker materials. This light stunning brooch is not hallmarked but spectro tested for 18k gold.

This Edwardian ring is also set with many diamond chips/ small rose cut diamonds to finish it off. As most jewels from the same era, these diamonds were placed it a white setting. Goldsmiths from then believed that a white metal was the only metal that could hold a diamond ensuring that it could be its absolute best sparkling self. This ring bears no hallmark but is tested for 18 k gold.

These 18 ct yellow gold dormeuse earrings (also called sleepers) have a front closure and are decorated with flower shaped ornaments, little blue stones (no gemstones, yet they bring the right amount of colour to the earrings) and finished with a lot of detail. The fine details are well made and preserved considering their age. These special shaped beauties are marked with a 18K mark and made with love.
