This romantic pin is set with multiple diamonds and rubies. The details in this brooch are truly phenomenal. The rose-cut diamond encrusted wings are breath taking in real life, while the old mine cut diamond in the cherubs basket makes our heart skip a beat. Two additional old mine cut rubies bring this timeless beauty a warm and extra romantic look.

This nineteenth century brooch features a sweet cherub, holding a basket with three gemstones while floating through the air with his sparkling wings and a ribbon around its waist. We are pleased to let you know that this brooch is in excellent condition. The longer pin with C clasp works perfectly, did you know that this pin is longer than modern pins because fabrics used to be thicker during the Victorian era? An additional pin was added to this brooch with a safety chain as an extra safety measure. This stunning brooch is set with a total of thirty-six rose cut diamonds and one large old mine cut one. These authentic natural diamonds were all cut by hand and therefore unique, which makes us loving them even more.

This wonderful Victorian owl brooch stole our hearts the second we laid eyes on it. This antique brooch features a wonderful owl head with many details making the feathers almost appear to be real. Two antique cut rubies are set in the eyes of the owl which bing the right amount of colour to the brooch. This brooch is in working condition with a safety hook and pin which we believe has been replaced by a newer one by its previous owner. The safety hook has an extra little clip securing the pin itself. This lovely brooch is in very good condition considering its age, yet we like to mention that it has some damage at the top and bottom of the back of the brooch. This is not visible from the front.

In many cultures, owls are believed to possess protective qualities because of their ability to see through the darkness. This has made them symbols of insight and intuition. Owls are often thought to bring good luck to those who need clarity and guidance, particularly in uncertain times.

For sale is this lovely bulky natural diamond ring. This Ruby Tank ring is made in 18 karat pinkish Yellow gold, we would say that it is yellow gold, but it has a more pinkish hue because it is an old ring, the perfect patina colour if you ask us. This type of ring is called a Tank ring thanks to to the Tanks of the Second World War. These tank rings where mostly created during the 40's and 50's and are a perfect example of the retro style. They are heavy, voluminous and many details.

A central line of baguette cut rubies steals the show, twelve smaller single cut diamonds give the ring some extra sparkle in their white coloured setting. We see a lovely butterfly in this ring, especially when you see the side of the ring with the swirling curls as its antennae. This treasure is not hallmarked, but has been tested for 18 karat solid gold. We adore this marvellous ring. It is Bombastic, yet elegant and a colourful sparkling jewel.

We are pleased to offer you this stunning solid gold diamond set cross. This marvellous religious pendant is crafted in 18 karat white gold and dipped in platinum to give it an even whiter appearance. It is set with a total of 60 natural diamonds. These diamonds blend in perfectly with the platinum, making them sparkle even more, and making them appear as one large diamond. In the centre we find the largest bezel set diamond with an approximate weight of 0,2 carats. From this old european diamond, four lines covered with twenty four diamonds turn into a cross as a base. An additional thirty five diamonds adorn the cross, giving it a dazzling look.

This pendant can also be worn as a brooch tanks to the trombone closure and pin on the back. This lovely jewel has beautiful open-work parts. These arise because the main arms of the cross are flanked by extra thin lanes that are attached to the centre cross via geometric filigree decoration. The inner corners of the cross are in turn decorated with triangular shapes which are, like the rest of this jewel, set with hand cut diamonds. These triangles provide its extra strong Art Deco look.

This Art deco pendant is most likely crafted around 1920 in Western Europe and holds a total of approximately 1,6 ct diamonds. All diamonds are SI2-P and therefore of bad quality using todays standards, yet we often see this quality used in diamond jewelry from this era. Nevertheless they steal the show and bring class and elegance to this antique pendant. This ravishing cross is a real beauty thanks to its hand cut diamond placed in platinum covert gold, its perfect big size and its elegant and simple shape. This stunning floral themed bar brooch is set with a bright blue sapphire, which give this beauty a strong and attractive appearance. Small but breath taking rose cut diamonds form a halo around this sapphire bringing the right amount of sparkles to this elegant brooch. On top of that, the whole bar is set with these lovely diamonds. 

A French eagle head is struck in the pin of the brooch, telling us that a part of this marvellous brooch was made in France out of 18k rose gold. This gold base is covered with silver. Goldsmiths from this era believed that only silver could hold beautiful stones like diamonds. Because this silver was able to render the real beauty of these diamonds. Victorian French old miner cut diamond ribbon brooch in Silver and solid 18 karat gold.

We are delighted to introduce you to this French mid 19th century beauty. This bow shaped brooch is set with antique old mine cut diamonds as well as with rose cut diamonds. A dazzling 98 diamonds were set in this brooch to take your breath away. With the larges eleven in the center. An old mine cut diamond with an approx weight of 0,4 carat is encircled with ten rose cut diamonds. These authentic natural diamonds are all set in silver, backed with gold as was typical at this time. They did this because jewellers believed that silver was the only material able to enhance the beauty of diamonds. We have to admit that it is a wonderful combination and a very recognisable style to this early Victorian era. The gold layer on the back was to prevent the wearers skin to turn black from the silver, very smart right

This jewel, dating back to circa 1850's, is in very good condition considering its age. The many small details show how patient they have been in making such a beautiful jewel, purely handmade which still blows our minds. The brooch is functioning well and equipped with a C closure with a longer pin, typical for this period since clothing was fabricated in thicker materials. A small but sturdy hook makes it possible to wear a pendant or pocket watch below the brooch. This stunning brooch is hallmarked with a French eagle head which is in use since 1838. Furthermore it is hallmarked with a French boar head, the guarantee mark for silver which was used since 1838 aswel.

We adore this unique bow brooch since it is rather rare as when time passed, most worn out, were melted or taken apart and re-used for more modern designs. We love its high and rich karat, the colour tones, the hand cut diamonds and of course its wonderful design.

This lovely 18 karat Yellow gold ring holds the most beautiful and popular love medallion of all times. Plus qu'hier et moins que demain. This lovely medallion depicts a small cross and minus in the places of the words 'plus' and 'moins'. The cross is set with a small but sparkly single cut diamond while the minus is set with two synthetic rubies. When we look closely we see a small inscription in the medallion. Namely A.Augis, which stands for Alphonse Augis. He was a famous jeweller from Lyon who started making these types of love medallions.

We are thrilled to show you these magnificent heirlooms. These antique earrings are crafted in 18 ct yellow gold and very detailled. These earrings were most likely crafted at the middle of the 19th century around 1860, they don't carry a hallmark, so we tested them for 18 karat solid gold.

These lovely earrings where made during the 19th century, when Queen Victoria was the ruler of the United Kingdom. Queen Victoria was an influential person. Her style and sense of fashion became almost a benchmark during her reign. Queen Victoria has devoted much attention on bringing nature into her home and that of her nation throughout her reign. The light hollow bases are covered with stamped flowers, each centre holds a pinkish glass stone. The top of each earring is a copy of the dangling part but smaller. For sale is this 18 K yellow gold cherub pendant. This beautiful detailed medal depicts Raphael from the famous painting 'Madonna di san sisto' The oil painting from Raphael Sanzio. Thanks to the many details of this little angel his curly hair and stunning wings are clearly visible. This lovely cherub carries no mark and is therefor spectro tested. It is in good condition although it clearly has been loved before, it has a wonderful patina look. The bail has a slightly different colour than the pendant which makes us believe that the previous owner has replaced it. The back is engraved with 'Marie 14-11-62'.

This gorgeous high society opera lorgnette is crafted out of 18 karat solid yellow gold in France. This lovely detailed throughout attribute is engraved by hand and has a very royal appearance. Like most Victorian jewelry, in the center of this glasses-cover we find a graceful flower that is surrounded by elegant and floral curls. The many details and all the extra small engravings ensure that this large pendant is breathtakingly beautiful.

This Victorian heirloom is marked with French eagle heads and a makers mark AG. The glasses itself are in a very good condition considering their age. There are no big scratches in the glass, only some small cut-outs at the edges of the glass as you can see in the pictures. These folding glasses are provided with a hidden activation lever for the spring-load mechanism, so the glasses pop open once you pressed this release clasp.

This type of accessory were a common sight at the opera and theatre during the 19th century. They were the stylish and royal precursor to modern opera glasses. Freely translate the french word lorgnette means 'to eye furtively' meaning it was used for more than only to see the opera itself. Especially by curios rich ladies in the balconies who, due to etiquette, were not allowed to look behind them to discover who entered their box and with whom this new spectator came to see the opera. Therefor they used these glasses as a secret mirror too, using the glasses reflection. I just tried it and I was amazed by the fact that it worked perfectly.

For sale is this stunning Victorian brooch. This royal diamond brooch was most likely made in Belgium or France in the middle of the 19th century. It is set with exceptionally large rose cut diamonds. These stunning diamonds are in very good condition and foil back set like most diamonds during that period, this is a special technique that was used to bring the lustre of the diamonds to its best quality. A crescent shape set with seven large rose cut diamonds is the central part of this piece. Floral shapes, small hand made engravings and twisted gold ropes finish off the large base of this brooch. Meanwhile small dangling flowers set with tiny rose cut diamonds ensure that this piece is a joyful treasure. This extraordinary brooch is made in 18k yellow gold and is in very good condition considering its age. We choose not to polish it in any way. This results in some parts still having their patina colours which they gained over the years.

We adore this brooch because of all its lustre, moreover what is not to love about this beauty. Furthermore because Victorian jewels like this one, are rather rare as when time passed, most are worn out, were melted or taken apart and re-used for more modern designs. We therefore chose to keep the pendant as is, meaning that we did not clean this beauty although that would be possible. If pleased, we can clean this pendant a bit before shipping it out to give it a better shine.

This type of ring is called a Tank ring thanks to the Tanks of the Second World War. These tank rings where mostly created during the 40's and 50's and are a perfect example of the retro style. They are heavy, voluminous and have often symmetrical forms.

In the centre of this ring we see a white plate set with 18 rose cut diamonds, forming one sparkling whole. Two additional rose cut diamonds flank this plate on the raised yellow gold sides. Four small dots and two geometrical shapes give the ring a powerful look while the book like base of the ring finish the whole and turns this ring into a romanic beauty.

This exquisite diamond geometrically-designed Art Deco brooch is crafted out of platinum. This precious metal has only just been introduced in the jewellery industry during this period. This platinum brooch is mounted with ninety-seven old cut diamonds. Which were cut to reflect candle light in the most beautiful ways. Art deco was a popular style movement from the beginning of the 20th century. It was eclectic, art deco is a pastiche of the many different styles that preceded it. It combined previous styles with the new upcoming industrial one which was often contradictory. Traditional motifs were complemented by a tighter look that was influenced by the latest technologies opposed to art nouveau, which was very organic.

Regarding the diamonds, the centre of this marvellous brooch is set with a pretty old European cut diamond with an approx weight of 0,5ct. Thirty-eight of other diamonds set in this brooch are old European cuts and are each between approx 0.17ct and 0.03ct. The other diamonds are single cuts all between 0.03ct and 0.015ct each. The makers of this brooch choose the places well for the old cut diamonds, they are symmetrical set, each corner is set with one, just like the central lines, to ensure this brooch to sparkle as bright as possible. All diamonds are of great colour and clarity.

The closure is a trombone gasp which was mainly used in Europe from the beginning till the mid-20th century. It’s an improved security on the clasp which was more fragile before. Like all things they kept improving the clasps of brooches. Later that century a new clasp was invented as a result of which this clasp was no longer made. This trombone clasp has an extra feature, you have to turn the lock to unlock the sliding function of the brooch. Something we haven't seen before, so this beauty must have been made by a very clever and proud goldsmith, who adores this lovely piece he made. The pin and clasp are working perfectly, The brooch itself is made in Platinum, while the pin itself is made in 18k white gold.

We love this brooch because the open work gives this heavy jewel an airy look. The diamonds and geometric design ensure that this jewel is balanced and peaceful but at the same time striking and dazzling. From classic to modern, festive to casual, this antique brooch can be combined with anything.

This collar brooch is crafted 18 karat solid gold and features stunning geometrical decoration. In the center of this beauty, we find an old miner cut ruby with a deep red colour. This stunning cross is made in 18k yellow gold and is in good condition considering its age. It appears that this cross had a repair on the back and that it has some dents on central part of the back.

We adore this cross because Georgian jewelry is rather rare as when time passed most worn out, was melted or taken apart and re-used for more modern designs. We therefore chose to keep the pendant as is, meaning that we did not clean this beauty although that would be possible. The grey looking flowers are originally yellow gold coloured with grey claws. If pleased, we can clean this pendant a bit before shipping it out to give it a better shine and to get the flowers a bit more bright.

The diamond was cut by hand and is all natural, there are many inclusions in the diamond, but they are all 'white' making them kind of invisible when you were the ring. (A dark black spot can easily be seen, while white clouds in diamonds are somewhat undercover) This lovely diamond has an approx weight of 0,28ct and is placed in a cathedral setting to make sure that the light can play inside of it easily. The white pearl is placed cosy next to it. From these two beauties, the ring band elegantly turns into the shape of the ring itself. This ring band is as well detailled with cute and sparkly rose cut diamonds. These rose cut diamonds are all unique since they were cut by hand. This stunner is not hallmarked and therefor tested for 18 karat gold.

This wonderful floral brooch comes directly from the Art Nouveau period. Round in shape, this lovely antique brooch represents a beautiful flower bouquet. The brooch itself is a plain round disc with hand-made engravings set with two little seed pearls, a ruby and a sapphire. The clasp is a good functioning pin with a c-clasp. This yellow gold brooch is not hallmarked and therefor tested for 18k gold and finds it origin in west-Europe.
