For sale is a Swiss Made Cartier "Panthère" watch with reference number 187949, presumably dating back to the early 1990s and one of Cartier's most iconic designs when it comes to watchmaking. This example features a rounded rectangular case measuring 29mm by 36mm with solid 18k yellow gold bezel, flowing seamlessly into the original two-tone bracelet. Behind the sapphire crystal sits a matte creamy off-white dial with Cartier's signature black Roman numerals and railroad minute track. Blued steel hands indicate the time, while a date window can be found at the 5 o'clock position. The date can be quickly adjusted via the original crown, which is adorned with Cartier's trademark blue sapphire cabochon stone.
