This iconic design features a 27mm rounded rectangular case with solid gold bezel. Behind the sapphire crystal sits a matte creamy off-white/champagne dial with typical Cartier black Roman numerals and a so-called railroad minute track. Blued steel hands indicate the time, and a date window can be found at the 5 O'clock position. The date can be quick-set using the crown, which is original and features the trademark blue sapphire cabochon stone. Inside, we find a Swiss Made Cartier Calibre 687, a high quality quartz movement with 7 jewels.
