The back of this marvellous charm is hand engraved with the initials I E and the date '9 October 1913'. It is flanked with a very detailled floral border adorned with grapes, wine leafs, grain and last but not least a cross. This royal charm is hallmarked with a horse head. This particular hors-head hallmark is a French hallmark that was set in gold jewelry between 1838 and 1919. Meaning that this pendant is dating back to the French Napoleon III period during English Queen Victoria's reign.
