We are delighted to show you this marvellous cross of Lorraine. It is not only a delicate, well made cross, it also shows Joan of Arc. Joan of Arc might be one of the most famous heroines in history, a martyr, who was burned at the stake. In 1920, she became the Patron Saint of France.

This double barred cross is a light charm with a lot of detail. It has been loved and worn a lot. We can tell by the fact that it is a little bit bend, because the top layer of detailles is a little rubbed off and because the bail has been repaired. Because of this, the hallmark is gone. Yet we believe that this is a French made pendant which we tested for solid 18k gold.

We absolutely adore this pendant and hope to find a warm and treasuring home for it.

It is flanked with a very detailled floral border adorned with grapes, wine leafs, grain and last but not least a cross. This royal charm is hallmarked with a horse head. This particular hors-head hallmark is a French hallmark that was set in gold jewelry between 1838 and 1919. Meaning that this pendant is dating back to the French Napoleon III period during English Queen Victoria's reign.

We are delighted to present this extraordinary pendant, our heart literally skipped a beat when we laid our eyes on it for the first time, and keeps on doing it every time we look at it. This beautiful treasure is full of hidden meanings depicting the holy communion with Jesus Christ on the front. While a dove, grain, lamb and grapes are visible on the back.

We are happy to introduce you to this work of art from the Napoleon III period during the late 19th century, also known as the late Victorian period. We are even happier to let you know that this lovely brooch holds a secret locket compartment. This locket is fully equipped to keep two round pictures safe thanks to their little glasses and decorated gold frames which you can remove in order to place the pictures below the glass. You have to open the locket from the back, it is not very easy to open, so it is not a 'I will look at the pictures daily kind of locket, yet a great way to keep your loved ones close.

This collar brooch is crafted 18 K solid gold and features stunning geometrical decoration. In the center of this beauty, we find a small but bright pinkish ruby. This little gemstone is encircled with black enamel, painted in the shape of a flower. To be encircled in turn by many triangle and diamond shaped engravings. The many small details show how patient they have been in making such a beautiful jewel, purely handmade which still blows our minds.

The brooch is functioning and in good condition considering its age. This antique brooch is equipped with a trombone closure which was first used in the late nineteenth century. This stunning brooch is hallmarked with a French eagle head, on the locket-clasp as well as on its pin.

We are pleased to offer you this stunning solid gold diamond set cross. This marvellous religious pendant is crafted in 18 karat white gold and dipped in platinum to give it an even whiter appearance. It is set with a total of 60 natural diamonds. These diamonds blend in perfectly with the platinum, making them sparkle even more, and making them appear as one large diamond. In the centre we find the largest bezel set diamond with an approximate weight of 0,2 carats. From this old european diamond, four lines covered with twenty four diamonds turn into a cross as a base. An additional thirty five diamonds adorn the cross, giving it a dazzling look.

This pendant can also be worn as a brooch tanks to the trombone closure and pin on the back. This lovely jewel has beautiful open-work parts. These arise because the main arms of the cross are flanked by extra thin lanes that are attached to the centre cross via geometric filigree decoration. The inner corners of the cross are in turn decorated with triangular shapes which are, like the rest of this jewel, set with hand cut diamonds. These triangles provide its extra strong Art Deco look.

This Art deco pendant is most likely crafted around 1920 in Western Europe and holds a total of approximately 1,6 ct diamonds. All diamonds are SI2-P and therefore of bad quality using todays standards, yet we often see this quality used in diamond jewelry from this era. Nevertheless they steal the show and bring class and elegance to this antique pendant. This ravishing cross is a real beauty thanks to its hand cut diamond placed in platinum covert gold, its perfect big size and its elegant and simple shape. For sale is this stunning Georgian cross pendant. This beautiful royal cross was most likely made in Belgium or France in the beginning of the 19th century or late 18th. It is set with exceptionally large rose cut diamonds. These stunning diamonds are in perfect condition and foil back set like all diamonds during that period, this is a special technique that was used to bring the lustre of the diamonds to its best quality.

This stunning cross is made in 18k yellow gold and is in good condition considering its age. It appears that this cross had a repair on the back and that it has some dents on central part of the back.

We adore this cross because Georgian jewelry is rather rare as when time passed most worn out, was melted or taken apart and re-used for more modern designs. We therefore chose to keep the pendant as is, meaning that we did not clean this beauty although that would be possible. The grey looking flowers are originally yellow gold coloured with grey claws. If pleased, we can clean this pendant a bit before shipping it out to give it a better shine and to get the flowers a bit more bright.

This gorgeous high society opera lorgnette is crafted out of 18 karat solid yellow gold in France. This lovely detailed throughout attribute is engraved by hand and has a very royal appearance. Like most Victorian jewelry, in the center of this glasses-cover we find a graceful flower that is surrounded by elegant and floral curls. The many details and all the extra small engravings ensure that this large pendant is breathtakingly beautiful.

This Victorian heirloom is marked with French eagle heads and a makers mark AG. The glasses itself are in a very good condition considering their age. There are no big scratches in the glass, only some small cut-outs at the edges of the glass as you can see in the pictures. These folding glasses are provided with a hidden activation lever for the spring-load mechanism, so the glasses pop open once you pressed this release clasp.

This type of accessory were a common sight at the opera and theatre during the 19th century. They were the stylish and royal precursor to modern opera glasses. Freely translate the french word lorgnette means 'to eye furtively' meaning it was used for more than only to see the opera itself. Especially by curios rich ladies in the balconies who, due to etiquette, were not allowed to look behind them to discover who entered their box and with whom this new spectator came to see the opera. Therefor they used these glasses as a secret mirror too, using the glasses reflection. I just tried it and I was amazed by the fact that it worked perfectly.

The original artifact was found in 1930 in Malia, Crete, Greece and dates back to the early Minoan civilisation 1800-1650 BC. This royal charm features two bees, heraldically arranged around a bee hive. They are both feeding on a honey drop. Three gold droplets represent a bountiful pollen harvest, and just below the bale sits the crown of the Queen Bee.These bees represent the fecundity of the earth and the cyclical rhythms of life and death. For sale is this adorable antique pendant crafted during the Georgian era 1714-1830. This beauty is set with foil-backed rose cut diamonds, arranged in a drop-shaped yet flower formation. The gemstones are set in silver, backed with gold, as was typical at this time. This  because jewellers believed that silver was the only material able to enhance the beauty of diamonds. We have to admit that it is a wonderful combination and therefore a very recognisable combination to this Georgian era.
