For sale is this lovely bulky rose Cut diamond ring. This Tank ring is made in 18 karat Yellow gold and marked with a 0,750 mark. This type of ring is called a Tank ring thanks to the Tanks of the Second World War. These tank rings where mostly created during the 40's and 50's and are a perfect example of the retro style. They are heavy, voluminous and have often symmetrical forms.
In the centre of this ring we see a white plate set with 18 rose cut diamonds, forming one sparkling whole. Two additional rose cut diamonds flank this plate on the raised yellow gold sides. Four small dots and two geometrical shapes give the ring a powerful look while the book like base of the ring finish the whole and turns this ring into a romanic beauty.
