The Record brand has been around since the early 1900s, and released numerous highly regarded watches before being acquired by Longines in 1961. This specific Longines "Record" watch features an intriguingly shaped case design with beefy lugs and an outer diameter of around 35mm. The dial on this particular example comes in a silver sunburst finish with large raised black/polished steel indices. Stick shaped polished steel hands with black and lumed inlay indicate the time, and a date window can be found at 3 O'clock. The crown is original and features the Record "R" logo. Inside the watch beats a highly regarded ETA 2622 automatic movement, finished in a stunning rose gold and with signed "Record" rotor.
