For sale is a Swiss Made Pierre Balmain "Haute Elegance" women's dress watch with reference number 8112. It features a refined elliptical stainless steel case with gold-coloured bezel, measuring 34 x 26mm and just under 7mm in thickness, with the Balmain logo engraved on the side of the case opposite the crown. The case flows seamlessly into the original two-tone integrated bracelet. Behind the sapphire crystal sits a bright silvery white sunburst dial with gold-coloured Dauphine hands and matching Roman numerals. A small seconds sub-dial can be found at 6 o'clock. The crown is original, but sadly the black cabochon stone is missing.
The watch has been worn but is still in good overall condition. The case and bracelet show visible signs of use, but no excessive damage such as deep scratches or dents. The sapphire crystal remains free from scratches under normal inspection. Please study the photographs carefully, as they accurately represent the condition of the watch without digital enhancements. Functionally, the watch has been thoroughly checked by our professional watchmaker, was fitted with a new battery and is currently running correctly. It is powered by a Swiss Made ETA 980.153 calibre, a precision quartz movement with 11 jewels which is running at an impressive accuracy of 0.3 seconds per day or 9 seconds per month.
The original integrated bracelet currently fits wrists up to approximately 16.5 to 17cm in circumference. Reducing the size is easily done by removing links: in order to increase the size, additional links would need to be sourced online or at a Balmain dealership.
