For sale is this large and floral medaillon. This 18 ct yellow gold pendant is set with 4 rubies forming a four-leaf clover. As well as with two little pearls giving the clover an extra elegant look. The left side of this medallion is engraved with floral and geometric shapes topped with a blooming flower.
