For sale is this lovely "Plus qu'hier et moins que demain" love token. This love medallion of all love medallions is first created by the famous Lyon jeweller Alphonse Augis. He based this loving text on a poem of Parisian Rosemand Gérard. She wrote the poem in 1890 for her husband.

This pendant is crafted in 18k yellow gold and set with five pretty rose cut diamonds and three baguette cut rubies. It's in-scripted with 'A. Augis' referring to the "inventor of these stunning tokens. On top of that, this beauty is hallmarked with an eagels head, makers-marks of Alphonse Augis and makers-marks of Beheyt Freres. These last probably created the floral circle around the original token.
