The midsize case measures approximately 36x38mm and is just under 10mm thick. Behind the sapphire crystal sits a matte black dial with polished steel numerals, on which polished stainless steel luminous hands indicate the time. The red seconds hand adds a bit of pop, and acts as a nod to motor racing. A black plastic uni-directional bezel with contrasting white numerals surrounds the dial, and plastic "bumpers" line either side of the case. The black PVD coated screw-down crown is original and features the TAG Heuer logo. The watch is powered by a high quality ETA F05.111 quartz calibre, which is working perfectly.
The example sold here has been worn, but is still in good condition. You will find minor wear marks on the case and bracelet, but no overly coarse damage. Most notable is some damage to the plastic bumpers on both sides of the case. The watch was purposefully left unpolished in order to maintain the original curves, edges and surface finish.
