The stainless steel case measures 39mm in diameter and is just 10mm thick, which is relatively slim for a dive watch with depth rating of 300m. Behind the sapphire crystal sits a matte black dial with raised luminous numerals on which luminous baton shaped hands indicate the time. A date window is positioned at the 3 O'clock position. Surrounding the dial is a uni-directionally rotating bezel with luminous dot. The screw-down crown is original and signed with the TAG Heuer logo.
The watch received a full service, including a brand new and original ETA F06.115 movement as the old one was not working properly. It is now working perfectly again for years to come, with an amazing accuracy of +1 seconds per month. The example sold here has been worn throughout its life, but is still in good condition. The watch is unpolished and therefore in original shape, with sharp lines and edges. You will find normal wear marks on the case and bracelet, but no coarse damage. The sapphire crystal looks unscathed to the naked eye. Also included is the PU leather booklet holder which was presumably holding the instruction manual, although sadly the latter is missing. Please note that the outer lining of both the box and booklet holder has deteriorated, as sadly often happens with these PU leather materials.
