For sale is a Swiss-made Baume & Mercier "Hampton" ladies' quartz watch with reference number 65511, dating back to 2009 according to its warranty certificate. The watch features an elongated, curved, tank-shaped stainless steel case measuring 22mm by 34mm and just under 8mm in thickness. The dial on this particular example has a stunning frosted white finish, with polished steel hands indicating the time against elongated Roman numerals. A date window can be found at the 6 o'clock position. The crown is original and bears the Baume & Mercier logo. The watch is powered by a high-quality Swiss-made Baume & Mercier BM7111 quartz calibre, based on ETA's F03.111, which is working perfectly.
The watch has been worn, but the signs of wear are minimal: there are only minor scratches on the case and bracelet. The sapphire crystal appears unmarked to the naked eye. Functionally, the watch comes without a service history but has been thoroughly checked, received a new battery and is working perfectly; a service was not deemed necessary. The watch is fitted with its original semi-integrated stainless steel bracelet with a concealed folding clasp. The bracelet is sized to fit wrists up to approximately 19cm in circumference. Reducing the size is easily done by removing links; to extend the bracelet, additional links will need to be sourced online or through an authorised dealership. The watch comes with its original presentation box (of which the lining has deteriorated slightly) and outer cardboard box, as well as the instruction manual, international service booklet and warranty card dated December 2009.
