Bucherer (Est. 1888) is one of the largest European luxury watch and jewellery retailers, who for the longest time have been selling the most prestigious brands (Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Piaget among others) as well as their own Bucherer brand. The watch offered for sale here is such an in-house piece, presumably dating back to the 1980s. It features a slender solid 18k yellow gold case which measures 32mm in diameter and is just 6mm thick. The dial on this particular example comes in a white finish with a mix of black and gold tone accents. The watch boasts quite a number of complications: it is a so-called Quantième Complet or triple date watch, showcasing the date, weekday and month on three separate subdials, as well as a moonphase. Powering all this is a high quality Swiss Made Bucherer Cal. 8522 quartz movement, which is working accurately.
