Inside the watch sits a Swiss made FHF (Fabrique d'Horlogerie de Fontainemelon) 262 manual winding movement. The crown is unsigned and might have been replaced at some point. The watch comes fitted to a dark blue leather strap with generic buckle, ready to wear.
The example sold here has been worn throughout its life, but is still in good condition. The watch was lovingly restored with eye for authenticity. Its movement was completely disassembled, cleaned and lubricated, and is working perfectly. The dial has some slight specks around the outer edge, as well as a few slight marks close to the center. The outside case has been cleaned entirely, but left unpolished to maintain its sharp edges and curves. A brand new plexiglass crystal was fitted. You will certainly find wear marks on the case when closely examining the watch.
