It features a 36mm 18k solid yellow gold case, making it the perfect size for both gents and ladies. The bezel is set with 56 aftermarket but high quality brilliant cut diamonds, for a total of approximately 1ct. The dial on this particular example features a rare and stunning houndstooth pattern, with factory set diamonds above the Roman numerals. Gold tone stick shaped hands indicate the time, and a calendar window can be seen at the 3 o'clock position through the signature Rolex lens bubble or "cyclop". Inside the watch sits a Rolex 3035 movement, one of Rolex's most highly regarded mechanical movements. The screw-down crown is original, made from solid 18k yellow gold and decorated with the Rolex crown logo. Fitted to the watch comes the original 18k yellow gold Jubilee bracelet with hidden clasp.
The example sold here has been worn throughout its life, but is still in good overall condition considering its age. The dial is looking clean, with minor and uniform signs of aging. You will find wear marks on both the case and bracelet, but no overly coarse damage. In order to extend the bracelet size past said 17cm, spare links will have to be sourced online or at a dealership. The bracelet is removable: any leather strap or bracelet with a 20mm lug width will fit, allowing the owner to easily change things up. A generic green leather strap will be included with the sale. The bezel can be replaced by an original fluted bezel, which we can gladly source upon request.
