It measures a whopping 35mm in width and 36mm in height, which probably makes this one of the largest ceramic Rado models out there: hence the XL designation. The integrated bracelet does not taper towards the buckle, adding to its hefty look. Behind the curved sapphire crystal sits a minimalist black dial, with gold accents on both the hands and chronograph sub dials. Said sub dials are not evenly spaced nor equally sized, creating a very intriguing layout. A date window can be found at the 4 o'clock position. Inside the watch sits a Swiss Made ETA 251.471, a precision Swiss Made quartz movement which is accurately keeping time.
Please note that the integrated bracelet currently fits wrists with a maximum circumference of around 21cm, which means that all bracelet links are present. Decreasing the size is easily done by removing some bracelet links. To increase the size past the current maximum of 21cm, extra links will have to be sourced online or at an authorised dealership.
The example sold here has been worn, but is still in good condition. The ceramic material is scratch-resistant but sadly not entirely scratch-proof, so you will find fine scratches on the bracelet; most notably on the bottom towards the clasp. The front of the watch shows less wear marks, and the curved crystal looks unscathed to the naked eye.
