For sale is a vintage Swiss Made Cartier Must de Cartier Vermeil Rivoli ladies' cocktail watch with reference number 590002, presumably also named 'Colisée'. This piece dates back to 1993, and features a 24mm case made of gold plated .925 silver. The front features an elegant glossy black dial, which has developed some patina over the years showing up as cracks in the coating. Such patina dials are often also referred to as "spider dials". This effect is not as visible in real life, and largely depends on lighting conditions. The crown is original and boasts the original signature blue cabochon stone. Powering this watch is a high quality Swiss made Cartier 690 quartz movement.
The example sold here has been worn, which is evident by some wear marks on the case, as well as the gold plating being worn off slightly (mostly on the lugs, but not as apparent in real life). The crystal is in good condition still, with no coarse scratches. The case has been cleaned entirely, but left unpolished to maintain its originality.
