This exquisite 2.12 ct diamond cluster ring is prong set with seventeen brilliant cut diamonds. The centre diamond of approximately 0.28 ct is prong set with eight prongs. This stunning stone is encircled with eight smaller diamonds set with only four prongs of circa 0,48 ct. These clustered diamonds are again flanked with eight diamonds around it. These diamonds are almost as big as the centre diamond and combine for circa 1,36 ct. The ratio between these two layers of encircling diamonds give the ring a dazzling look.
Not only the proportions of the sizes of diamonds, but also the choice to use a different pair of prongs per circle ensure that the ring gets a special appearance. The outer diamonds are set with five prongs, of which one is always set at the extreme point. In contradiction to most cluster rings, the creator clearly chose to create some space between the diamonds placed in the outer circle. Thanks to this particular setting of the outer diamonds, this ring head kind of looks like a snowflake.
We love this 18k white gold ring cause it’s chic, elegant, it has an incredible amount of sparkle and the clustered shape is different from others. We like jewels which follow trend but dare to be different through small and sometimes slightly larger details like this gorgeous clustered ring.
