Despite their simple appearance, they look very sophisticated and classy. These must-have accessories are crafted in 9 ct rose gold and marked with many hallmarks. We can determine a makers mark 'C & A' , the 9.375 mark and a mark of the Chester assay office with the letter N inside a square. This tells us these cufflinks were crafted in 1896 in Chester (England) out of 9 ct gold by a goldsmith who goes by the name C & A.
