For sale is this 18 ct yellow gold heart shaped pendant. This small charm is set with an old cut ruby and a pearl. It is decorated with floral engravings making the ruby the centre of the flower.  Unfortunately the back side of this charm is a bit damaged with dents, luckily the frontside is in very good condition.
